to_o be_v rescind_v likewise_o you_o be_v to_o consent_v to_o what_o our_o parliament_n shall_v propose_v for_o restitution_n to_o be_v make_v of_o fines_n or_o composition_n for_o fine_n or_o forfeiture_n from_o those_o who_o have_v the_o benefit_n of_o they_o and_o you_o be_v to_o rescind_v such_o act_n as_o be_v make_v in_o the_o year_n 1681_o and_o 1685_o as_o be_v just_o grievous_a although_o the_o first_o of_o the_o above_o instruction_n be_v not_o comply_v with_o yet_o you_o be_v to_o move_v the_o other_o two_o and_o have_v they_o past_a before_o any_o adjournment_n give_v under_o our_o royal_a hand_n and_o signet_n at_o our_o court_n at_o hampton-court_n the_o four_o day_n of_o july_n 1689._o and_o of_o our_o reign_n the_o first_o year_n by_o his_o majesty_n command_n
