popish_a minister_n shall_v be_v a_o ruler_n in_o the_o protestant_a church_n and_o they_o deny_v not_o such_o to_o be_v lawful_a minister_n they_o maintain_v that_o though_o it_o belong_v to_o all_o minister_n general_o to_o have_v a_o share_n in_o the_o government_n of_o the_o church_n yet_o there_o may_v be_v some_o case_n in_o which_o pro_fw-la praesenti_fw-la ecclesiae_fw-la statu_fw-la they_o may_v be_v restrain_v from_o that_o privilege_n though_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v restrain_v perpetual_o nor_o in_o the_o settle_a state_n of_o the_o church_n the_o presbyterian_a church_n have_v long_o be_v bear_v down_o and_o almost_o exhaust_v they_o be_v now_o through_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n restore_v they_o find_v a_o great_a many_o minister_n in_o charge_n who_o may_v be_v useful_a in_o preach_v the_o gospel_n but_o dispose_v to_o overturn_v the_o government_n of_o the_o church_n if_o it_o shall_v be_v put_v in_o their_o hand_n be_v it_o not_o rational_a that_o they_o shall_v suffer_v these_o to_o preach_v for_o the_o church_n need_v their_o help_n and_o yet_o not_o suffer_v they_o to_o rule_v the_o church_n lest_o they_o overturn_v she_o settlement_n they_o he_o be_v aware_a of_o he_o infer_v from_o what_o he_o have_v discourse_v that_o presbyterian_o juggle_v with_o god_n and_o man_n because_o they_o hold_v their_o government_n to_o be_v so_o of_o divine_a right_n that_o they_o can_v make_v no_o composition_n with_o man_n about_o it_o but_o when_o it_o make_v for_o the_o interest_n they_o can_v make_v essential_a alteration_n ans_fw-fr we_o
