to_o the_o first_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v to_o be_v high_a treason_n during_o the_o life_n of_o his_o present_a majesty_n 1._o within_o or_o without_o the_o realm_n to_o compass_v or_o in_o their_o land_n and_o tenement_n good_n and_o chattel_n forfeit_v to_o the_o king_n and_o their_o body_n to_o be_v seize_v etc._n etc._n but_o in_o this_o act_n of_o the_o 13_o caroli_n there_o be_v these_o proviso_n 1._o as_o for_o the_o two_o last_o sort_n of_o offence_n that_o be_v not_o treason_n none_o shall_v be_v prosecute_v but_o by_o order_n of_o the_o king_n under_o his_o sign_n manual_n or_o of_o the_o privy_a council_n 2._o as_o for_o the_o crime_n make_v treason_n none_o shall_v be_v indict_v or_o convict_v unless_o they_o be_v accuse_v by_o two_o lawful_a and_o credible_a witness_n touch_v the_o addition_n of_o the_o word_n credible_a to_o lawful_a which_o be_v here_o again_o repeat_v we_o have_v speak_v before_o but_o must_v here_o further_o observe_v 1._o that_o by_o these_o express_a word_n this_o statute_n provide_v that_o no_o man_n shall_v be_v indict_v that_o be_v have_v a_o bill_n find_v against_o he_o upon_o this_o statute_n for_o treason_n unless_o he_o more_o assemble_v together_o over_o and_o beside_o those_o of_o the_o same_o household_n if_o it_o be_v in_o a_o house_n where_o there_o be_v a_o family_n inhabit_v or_o if_o it_o be_v in_o a_o house_n field_n or_o place_n where_o there_o be_v no_o family_n inhabit_v then_o where_o any_o five_o person_n or_o more_o be_v so_o assemble_v as_o aforesaid_a it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o any_o one_o or_o more_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n limit_v division_n corporation_n or_o liberty_n wherein_o the_o offence_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v commit_v or_o for_o the_o chief_a magistrate_n of_o the_o place_n where_o the_o offence_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v commit_v and_o he_o and_o they_o be_v hereby_o require_v and_o enjoin_v upon_o proof_n to_o conviction_n shall_v be_v certify_v by_o the_o say_a justice_n justices_z or_o chief_z magistrate_n at_o the_o next_o quarter-session_n of_o the_o peace_n for_o the_o county_n or_o place_n where_o the_o offence_n be_v commit_v 2._o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o such_o offender_n so_o convict_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v at_o any_o time_n again_o
