relate_v to_o the_o war_n of_o scotland_n which_o he_o present_v to_o the_o archbishop_n in_o the_o end_n of_o december_n to_o this_o effect_n viz._n 1._o that_o such_o lord_n and_o other_o as_o have_v land_n and_o live_n upon_o the_o border_n be_v command_v to_o reside_v there_o with_o their_o retinue_n and_o those_o that_o have_v castle_n there_o be_v enjoin_v to_o fortify_v they_o 2._o that_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o kingdom_n be_v summon_v by_o writ_n to_o attend_v the_o king_n army_n with_o horse_n and_o armour_n at_o a_o certain_a time_n and_o place_n according_a to_o their_o service_n due_a to_o the_o king_n or_o repair_v to_o the_o exchequer_n before_o that_o day_n and_o make_v fine_a for_o their_o service_n as_o also_o be_v all_o widow_n dowager_n of_o such_o lord_n as_o be_v decease_v and_o so_o be_v all_o bishop_n and_o ecclesiastical_a person_n 3._o that_o proclamation_n be_v likewise_o make_v by_o sheriff_n in_o every_o county_n that_o all_o man_n hold_v of_o the_o king_n by_o knights-service_n or_o sergeancy_n shall_v come_v to_o the_o king_n army_n or_o make_v fine_n as_o aforesaid_a with_o a_o strict_a command_n that_o none_o shall_v conceal_v their_o service_n under_o a_o great_a penalty_n 4._o as_o also_o that_o all_o man_n have_v 40_o l._n land_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la shall_v come_v to_o the_o king_n army_n with_o horse_n and_o armour_n of_o
