thus_o when_o the_o apostle_n speak_v indefinite_o of_o all_o their_o salvation_n or_o justification_n to_o who_o he_o write_v his_o meaning_n can_v be_v no_o other_o than_o this_o that_o all_o of_o they_o have_v receive_v undoubted_a pledge_n of_o god_n mercy_n and_o need_v doubt_n of_o justification_n actual_a or_o final_a absolution_n so_o they_o walk_v worthy_a of_o their_o call_n their_o error_n who_o rectification_n saint_n james_n seek_v do_v consist_v in_o hold_v these_o outward_a seal_n or_o conspicuous_a token_n of_o god_n favour_n whereby_o their_o assent_n unto_o his_o promise_n as_o true_a be_v confirm_v sufficient_a to_o final_a approbation_n or_o admission_n into_o the_o inheritance_n of_o saint_n albeit_o they_o do_v not_o consent_v unto_o every_o part_n of_o the_o law_n as_o good_a in_o the_o practice_n concern_v justification_n thus_o take_v there_o be_v at_o this_o day_n little_a or_o no_o controversy_n unless_a between_o the_o spirit_n and_o the_o flesh_n or_o between_o our_o own_o conscience_n and_o satan_n who_o still_o labour_v to_o persuade_v we_o this_o kind_n of_o justification_n may_v suffice_v three_o in_o as_o much_o as_o god_n decree_v to_o justify_v man_n by_o faith_n which_o even_o in_o such_o as_o be_v save_v by_o it_o be_v not_o ordinary_o perfect_v in_o a_o moment_n we_o be_v say_v sometime_o to_o be_v justify_v when_o the_o first_o seed_n of_o that_o faith_n which_o by_o take_v firm_a root_n by_o fructification_n or_o perfection_n add_v by_o the_o immediate_a hand_n of_o god_n become_v saluificall_a be_v first_o sow_v in_o our_o heart_n he_o that_o have_v but_o a_o resolution_n for_o the_o present_a sincere_a though_o variable_a to_o walk_v in_o all_o the_o way_n of_o his_o god_n be_v in_o scripture_n often_o instile_v just_a or_o righteous_a and_o may_v by_o this_o resolution_n or_o purpose_n be_v true_o say_v justify_v in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n not_o absolute_o but_o in_o respect_n of_o opposite_a profaneness_n or_o express_v dissimulation_n 24._o if_o the_o righteous_a say_v the_o lord_n unto_o his_o prophet_n turn_v away_o from_o his_o righteousness_n and_o commit_v iniquity_n in_o his_o transgression_n that_o he_o commit_v and_o in_o his_o fin_n that_o he_o have_v sin_v in_o they_o he_o shall_v die_v and_o again_o the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o righteous_a shall_v not_o deliver_v he_o that_o that_o have_v discreet_o acknowledge_v this_o truth_n to_o love_v the_o lord_n withal_o the_o heart_n and_o with_o all_o the_o understanding_n and_o withal_o the_o soul_n and_o withal_o the_o strength_n and_o to_o love_v his_o neighbour_n as_o himself_o be_v more_o than_o all_o burn_a offering_n and_o sacrifice_n now_o if_o by_o such_o work_n as_o the_o heathen_a or_o auditor_n of_o the_o law_n not_o yet_o sanctify_v often_o practise_v much_o more_o by_o those_o work_n which_o accompany_v true_a and_o lively_a faith_n we_o may_v in_o a_o high_a degree_n of_o the_o same_o sense_n be_v account_v justify_v that_o be_v approvable_a in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n or_o passive_o capable_a of_o a_o final_a absolution_n or_o effectual_a justification_n and_o this_o be_v all_o saint_n james_n mean_v in_o that_o assertion_n 24._o you_o see_v then_o how_o that_o a_o man_n of_o work_n be_v justify_v and_o not_o of_o faith_n only_o which_o word_n be_v but_o equivalent_a to_o the_o
