away_o and_o forget_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o that_o hereafter_o neither_o party_n shall_v pretend_v any_o matter_n against_o the_o other_o for_o or_o upon_o occasion_n of_o any_o the_o aforesaid_a offence_n injury_n charge_n and_o damage_n but_o that_o there_o shall_v be_v a_o perfect_a abolition_n of_o all_o and_o every_o of_o they_o until_o this_o present_a day_n and_o all_o action_n for_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v hold_v and_o repute_v void_a and_o null_a vii_o that_o neither_o of_o the_o commonwealth_n or_o the_o people_n abide_v inhabit_v or_o dwell_v within_o either_o of_o they_o respective_o or_o within_o their_o power_n shall_v yield_v give_v or_o afford_v any_o aid_n counsel_n or_o favour_n to_o the_o enemy_n or_o rebel_n of_o either_o but_o shall_v express_o real_o and_o with_o effect_n hinder_v any_o inhabit_v dwell_v or_o abide_v within_o either_o of_o they_o or_o within_o their_o power_n from_o give_v any_o aid_n or_o assistance_n unto_o such_o enemy_n or_o rebel_n by_o man_n ship_n arm_n ammunition_n money_n uictual_n or_o otherwise_o by_o sea_n or_o land_n and_o all_o such_o ship_n arm_n ammunition_n money_n good_n or_o uictual_n of_o or_o belong_v to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o that_o shall_v be_v provide_v employ_v or_o make_v use_n of_o contrary_a to_o the_o intent_n of_o this_o article_n shall_v be_v confiscate_v and_o forfeit_v to_o the_o respective_a commonwealth_n and_o the_o person_n or_o person_n who_o shall_v witting_o and_o willing_o do_v attempt_n counsel_n or_o be_v employ_v therein_o shall_v be_v declare_v enemy_n to_o both_o commonwealth_n and_o shall_v suffer_v the_o pain_n and_o penalty_n of_o treason_n within_o the_o commonwealth_n where_o the_o offence_n shall_v be_v commit_v and_o to_o the_o end_n there_o may_v be_v a_o specification_n make_v of_o what_o good_n shall_v be_v deem_v prohibit_v or_o contraband_n commissioner_n may_v in_o convenient_a time_n be_v appoint_v to_o determine_v herein_o provide_v in_o the_o mean_a time_n that_o this_o extend_v not_o to_o the_o impeachment_n of_o any_o thing_n contain_v in_o the_o present_a article_n ix_o that_o neither_o of_o the_o commonwealth_n or_o the_o people_n of_o either_o shall_v receive_v into_o any_o of_o their_o jurisdiction_n country_n land_n port_n creek_n or_o precinct_n any_o person_n or_o person_n that_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v declare_v by_o either_o of_o the_o commonwealth_n to_o be_v enemy_n rebel_n or_o fugitive_n of_o the_o other_o nor_o shall_v give_v yield_v or_o afford_v to_o any_o such_o declare_a enemy_n rebel_n or_o fugitive_n within_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a or_o otherwhere_a though_o out_o of_o their_o territory_n country_n land_n port_n creek_n or_o precinct_n any_o aid_n counsel_n lodging_n entertainment_n soldier_n ship_n money_n arm_n ammunition_n or_o uictual_n nor_o shall_v either_o of_o the_o state_n permit_v such_o enemy_n rebel_n or_o fugitive_n
