speak_v one_o word_n in_o this_o business_n but_o something_o have_v be_v object_v and_o lay_v to_o my_o charge_n by_o the_o king_n council_n mr._n attorney_n and_o mr._n solicitor_n that_o enforce_v i_o to_o say_v something_o for_o your_o better_a satisfaction_n they_o have_v tell_v you_o that_o my_o council_n in_o their_o argument_n say_v that_o this_o court_n be_v great_a than_o the_o house_n of_o peer_n which_o i_o dare_v to_o appeal_v to_o your_o lordship_n and_o the_o whole_a court_n that_o it_o be_v never_o speak_v by_o they_o i_o be_o sure_a it_o be_v not_o by_o any_o direction_n of_o i_o what_o be_v do_v by_o my_o council_n and_o by_o i_o be_v that_o this_o be_v the_o most_o proper_a court_n to_o resort_v unto_o where_o the_o liberty_n of_o the_o subject_n be_v concern_v the_o lord_n house_n be_v the_o supreme_a house_n of_o judicature_n in_o the_o kingdom_n but_o yet_o there_o be_v a_o jurisdiction_n that_o the_o lord_n house_n do_v not_o meddle_v with_o the_o king_n council_n have_v mention_v as_o a_o wonder_n that_o a_o member_n of_o the_o lord_n house_n shall_v come_v hither_o to_o diminish_v the_o jurisdiction_n of_o the_o lord_n i_o acknowledge_v they_o to_o be_v superior_a to_o this_o or_o any_o other_o court_n to_o who_o all_o appeal_n and_o writ_n of_o error_n be_v bring_v and_o yet_o there_o be_v jurisdiction_n that_o they_o do_v not_o challenge_v and_o which_o be_v not_o natural_a to_o they_o or_o proper_a for_o they_o they_o claim_v not_o to_o meddle_v in_o original_a cause_n and_o so_o i_o may_v mention_v in_o other_o thing_n and_o i_o do_v not_o think_v it_o a_o kindness_n to_o any_o power_n or_o body_n of_o man_n to_o give_v they_o some_o power_n that_o be_v not_o natural_a or_o proper_a to_o their_o constitution_n i_o do_v not_o think_v it_o a_o kindness_n to_o the_o lord_n to_o make_v they_o absolute_a and_o above_o the_o law_n for_o so_o i_o humble_o conceive_v this_o must_v do_v if_o it_o be_v adjudge_v that_o they_o by_o a_o general_n warrant_v or_o without_o any_o particular_a cause_n assign_v do_v commit_v i_o or_o any_o other_o man_n to_o a_o perpetual_a and_o indefinite_a imprisonment_n and_o my_o lord_n i_o be_o not_o so_o inconsiderable_a a_o person_n but_o what_o you_o do_v in_o my_o case_n must_v be_v law_n for_o every_o man_n in_o england_n mr._n attorney_n be_v please_v to_o say_v i_o be_o a_o member_n of_o the_o lord_n house_n and_o to_o lay_v weight_n on_o the_o word_n member_n it_o be_v true_a i_o be_o one_o of_o they_o and_o no_o man_n have_v a_o great_a reverence_n or_o esteem_n for_o the_o lord_n than_o myself_o but_o my_o lord_n i_o hope_v my_o be_v a_o peer_n or_o a_o member_n of_o either_o house_n shall_v not_o lose_v my_o privilege_n of_o be_v a_o english_a man_n or_o make_v i_o to_o have_v less_o title_n to_o magna_fw-la charta_fw-la or_o the_o other_o law_n of_o english_a liberty_n my_o opinion_n be_v not_o with_o one_o of_o my_o council_n who_o argue_v very_o learned_o be_v put_v out_o of_o their_o own_o power_n and_o the_o inconvenience_n of_o it_o will_v be_v endless_a mr._n
