DIEV ET MON DROIT HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE By the King and Queen A PROCLAMATION William R. WHereas Their Majesties by Their Royal Proclamation of the Ninth of this Instant March were Graciously Pleased to Promise and Declare That whosoever should Discover any Person who had been Guilty of Making or Forging any of the False and Counterfeit Warrants and Passes in the said Proclamation mentioned or of Dispersing or Vsing the same so as such Person might be Convicted by due Course of Law should Have and Receive as a Reward for such Good Service immediately upon the Conviction of any such Offender the Sum of Five hundred Pounds Now Their Most Excellent Majesties with the Advice of Their Privy Council have Thought fit and Do by this Their Proclamation further Promise and Declare That if any Person who hath beén Guilty of Making Forging Dispersing or Vsing the said False and Counterfeit Passes shall before the First Day of May next ensuing Render himself to Their Majesties Principal Secretary of State or to any of Their Majesties Iudges or Iustices of Peace and make a Discovery of his Accomplices so as they or any of them may be Apprehended such Person so making Discovery shall forthwith have Their Majesties Most Gracious Pardon for his said Offence and shall also Receive the Reward mentioned in the said former Proclamation Given at Our Court at Whitehall the Sixteenth Day of March 1692 3.
