magna_fw-la charta_fw-la it_o have_v be_v also_o enact_v that_o justice_n and_o right_o shall_v be_v defer_v to_o all_o freeman_n and_o sell_v to_o all_o that_o will_v buy_v it_o three_o that_o upon_o premise_v by_o the_o petition_n of_o right_o 3d_o car._n that_o contrary_a to_o the_o great_a charter_n trial_n and_o execution_n have_v be_v have_v and_o do_v against_o the_o subject_n by_o commission_n martial_a etc._n etc._n it_o be_v therefore_o pray_v and_o by_o the_o commission_n enact_v that_o 1._o no_o commission_n of_o the_o like_a nature_n may_v be_v thenceforth_o issue_v etc._n
