but_o we_o think_v it_o like_v that_o he_o have_v determine_v it_o as_o for_o other_o reason_n so_o because_o even_a man_n have_v not_o appoint_v the_o general_n of_o government_n without_o a_o form_n in_o which_o they_o shall_v subsist_v much_o less_o will_v the_o wise_a god_n do_v so_o if_o they_o be_v wise_a than_o other_o do_v think_v it_o fit_a to_o choose_v the_o form_n then_o to_o leave_v it_o at_o other_o man_n will_n much_o more_o will_v he_o what_o he_o say_v of_o infer_v that_o they_o do_v appoint_v this_o or_o that_o form_n from_o their_o model_v a_o common_a wealth_n be_v not_o
