their_o church-societie_n the_o answer_n to_o this_o be_v easy_a if_o we_o take_v notice_n of_o a_o twofold_a distinction_n 1._o we_o will_v distinguish_v humane_a prohibition_n of_o duty_n command_v by_o god_n for_o some_o prohibition_n be_v not_o only_a restraint_n put_v upon_o some_o person_n as_o to_o the_o exercise_n of_o these_o duty_n upon_o the_o account_n of_o these_o person_n incapacity_n real_a or_o suppose_a to_o go_v about_o the_o same_o but_o be_v in_o effect_n and_o chief_o a_o condemn_v of_o these_o duty_n in_o their_o very_a nature_n and_o kind_n as_o not_o to_o be_v observe_v by_o any_o person_n whatsoever_o and_o so_o do_v not_o touch_v upon_o the_o incapacity_n of_o the_o person_n who_o be_v prohibit_v but_o upon_o the_o thing_n themselves_o consider_v as_o such_o moral_a performance_n which_o be_v prohibit_v such_o a_o prohibition_n be_v that_o of_o darius_n which_o be_v a_o political_a decree_n prohibit_v the_o very_a duty_n of_o prayer_n unto_o all_o and_o as_o to_o the_o application_n of_o the_o distinction_n to_o the_o case_n in_o hand_n we_o need_v not_o meddle_v with_o it_o in_o the_o matter_n of_o prayer_n and_o confess_v christ_n see_v as_o we_o shall_v hear_v upon_o the_o second_o distinction_n these_o fall_v not_o within_o the_o compass_n of_o disciplinary_a sentence_n but_o as_o to_o the_o matter_n of_o preach_v and_o church-judicatory_a grow_v so_o corrupt_a as_o to_o condemn_v the_o duty_n of_o preach_v christ_n and_o participation_n of_o public_a ordinance_n in_o their_o very_a nature_n and_o kind_n and_o as_o to_o all_o sort_n of_o person_n universal_o which_o be_v the_o true_a case_n hold_v out_o in_o their_o instance_n for_o even_o the_o false_a priest_n at_o bethel_n and_o the_o ruler_n at_o jerusalem_n
