or_o last_o by_o divide_v the_o soul_n of_o the_o state_n from_o the_o body_n the_o church_n from_o the_o commonwealth_n and_o by_o make_v two_o sovereign_n one_o in_o cause_n civil_a and_o the_o other_o in_o cause_n ecclesiastical_a over_o the_o same_o subject_n whether_o the_o conclave_n or_o the_o consistory_n be_v the_o cause_n of_o it_o in_o all_o which_o case_n i_o say_v it_o be_v a_o nobility_n and_o gentry_n but_o it_o be_v not_o long_o after_o royalty_n be_v go_v but_o nobility_n follow_v and_o be_v exclude_v also_o and_o then_o come_v in_o democracy_n or_o the_o government_n of_o the_o common_a people_n by_o their_o own_o representative_n only_o which_o increase_v the_o number_n of_o our_o prince_n and_o the_o vileness_n of_o our_o slavery_n by_o the_o meanness_n of_o our_o master_n but_o these_o their_o own_o mercenary_n do_v quick_o deprive_v of_o the_o power_n they_o have_v usurp_v and_o abuse_v and_o then_o come_v in_o stratocracy_n or_o the_o government_n by_o the_o sword_n and_o thereby_o we_o have_v as_o many_o prince_n as_o there_o be_v bashaw_n or_o major_a general_n who_o perhaps_o if_o they_o have_v outlive_v their_o great_a sultan_n they_o will_v have_v canton_v the_o kingdom_n and_o erect_v their_o several_a province_n into_o so_o many_o several_a principality_n but_o by_o this_o mean_v the_o very_a name_n of_o liberty_n and_o property_n which_o be_v before_o pretend_v be_v quite_o take_v away_o only_o there_o be_v liberty_n enough_o and_o too_o much_o indeed_o a_o lawless_a boundless_a licence_n in_o matter_n of_o religion_n all_o way_n of_o worship_v god_n be_v allow_v but_o the_o true_a one_o and_o all_o admit_v to_o the_o sacred_a function_n but_o such_o as_o be_v lawful_o call_v unto_o it_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n every_o
