more_o potent_a overture_n such_o as_o your_o lordship_n best_o understand_v may_v cancel_v all_o those_o objection_n of_o that_o nature_n upon_o this_o same_o ground_n though_o not_o in_o so_o high_a a_o degree_n the_o send_n of_o the_o ship_n to_o rochel_n may_v be_v excuse_v and_o this_o be_v not_o the_o least_o fault_n object_v in_o the_o opinion_n of_o the_o wise_a touch_v the_o vast_a that_o these_o be_v disperse_v into_o several_a county_n may_v as_o lamb_n of_o sovereignty_n in_o protection_n of_o their_o own_o degree_n and_o at_o their_o own_o charge_n inure_v the_o people_n with_o respect_n and_o obedience_n to_o greatness_n and_o yet_o not_o to_o amate_v and_o discourage_v they_o he_o think_v good_a to_o raise_v some_o near_a or_o of_o their_o own_o rank_n whereby_o they_o may_v see_v themselves_o in_o possibility_n of_o the_o like_a honour_n if_o either_o by_o virtue_n wealth_n or_o honesty_n they_o make_v themselves_o worthy_a this_o i_o protest_v be_v a_o
