himself_o in_o the_o scripture_n which_o be_v that_o king_n shall_v rule_v and_o command_v in_o their_o several_a dominion_n all_o person_n of_o what_o rank_n or_o estate_n soever_o whether_o ecclesiastical_a or_o civil_a and_o that_o they_o shall_v restrain_v and_o punish_v with_o the_o temporal_a sword_n all_o stubborn_a and_o wicked_a doer_n the_o care_n of_o god_n church_n be_v so_o commit_v to_o king_n in_o the_o scripture_n that_o they_o be_v commend_v when_o the_o church_n keep_v the_o right_a way_n and_o tax_v when_o it_o run_v amiss_o and_o therefore_o her_o government_n belong_v in_o chief_a unto_o king_n for_o otherwise_o one_o man_n will_v be_v commend_v for_o another_o care_n and_o tax_v but_o for_o another_o negligence_n which_o be_v not_o god_n way_n the_o power_n to_o call_v and_o dissolve_v council_n both_o national_a and_o provincial_a be_v the_o true_a right_n of_o all_o christian_a king_n within_o their_o own_o realm_n and_o territory_n and_o when_o in_o the_o first_o time_n of_o christ_n church_n prelate_n use_v this_o power_n it_o be_v therefore_o only_o because_o in_o those_o day_n they_o have_v no_o christian_a king_n and_o it_o be_v then_o so_o only_o use_v as_o in_o time_n of_o persecution_n that_o be_v with_o supposition_n in_o case_n it_o be_v require_v of_o submit_v their_o very_a life_n unto_o the_o very_a law_n and_o command_n even_o of_o those_o pagan_a prince_n thar_z they_o may_v not_o so_o much_o as_o seem_v to_o disturb_v their_o civil_a government_n which_o christ_n come_v to_o confirm_v but_o by_o no_o mean_n to_o undermine_v for_o any_o person_n or_o person_n to_o set_v up_o maintain_v or_o avow_v in_o any_o their_o say_a realm_n or_o territority_n respective_o under_o any_o pretence_n whatsoever_o any_o independent_a coactive_a power_n either_o papal_a or_o popular_a whether_o direct_o or_o indirect_o be_v to_o undermine_v their_o great_a royal_a office_n and_o cunning_o to_o overthrow_v that_o most_o sacred_a ordinance_n which_o god_n himself_o have_v establish_v and_o so_o be_v treasonable_a against_o god_n as_o well_o as_o against_o the_o king_n for_o subject_n to_o bear_v arm_n against_o their_o king_n offensive_a or_o defensive_a upon_o any_o pretence_n whatsoever_o be_v at_o least_o to_o resist_v the_o power_n which_o be_v ordain_v of_o god_n and_o though_o they_o do_v not_o invade_v but_o only_o resist_v st._n paul_n tell_v they_o plain_o they_o shall_v receive_v to_o themselves_o damnation_n and_o although_o tribute_n and_o custom_n and_o aid_n and_o subsidy_n and_o
