and_o they_o must_v continual_o set_v this_o before_o their_o eye_n xi_o that_o if_o all_o they_o be_v accurse_v that_o do_v execute_v in_o deceit_n the_o work_n of_o the_o vengeance_n of_o god_n they_o be_v much_o more_o grevous_o accurse_v that_o use_v themselves_o deceitful_o in_o a_o rightful_a vocation_n therefore_o when_o moses_n &_o josaphat_n mind_v to_o exhort_v their_o judge_n to_o and_o such_o as_o be_v not_o fit_a for_o the_o servant_n of_o god_n but_o in_o a_o most_o holy_a office_n namely_o forasmuch_o as_o they_o be_v the_o deputy_n of_o god_n as_o for_o they_o that_o be_v not_o move_v with_o so_o many_o testimony_n of_o scripture_n from_o be_v bold_a to_o rail_v at_o this_o holy_a ministry_n as_o a_o thing_n disagree_v with_o christian_a religion_n &_o godliness_n what_o do_v they_o else_o but_o rail_v at_o god_n himself_o the_o dishonour_n of_o who_o can_v not_o but_o be_v join_v with_o the_o reproach_n of_o his_o minister_n and_o very_o they_o do_v not_o refuse_v the_o magistrate_n but_o do_v cast_v away_o god_n that_o he_o shall_v not_o reign_v over_o they_o for_o if_o the_o lord_n say_v this_o true_o of_o the_o people_n of_o israel_n seven_o because_o they_o have_v refuse_v the_o government_n of_o samuel_n why_o shall_v it_o be_v less_o true_o say_v at_o this_o day_n of_o they_o that_o geve_v themselves_o leave_v to_o rage_n against_o all_o governemente_n ordain_v of_o god_n but_o since_o the_o lord_n say_v to_o the_o disciple_n that_o the_o king_n of_o nation_n bear_v rule_v over_o they_o twenty-five_o but_o that_o among_o they_o it_o be_v not_o so_o where_o he_o that_o be_v the_o first_o must_v be_v make_v the_o least_o by_o this_o say_n it_o be_v forbid_v to_o all_o christian_n that_o they_o shall_v not_o take_v kingdom_n or_o governemente_n upon_o they_o o_o handsome_a expositor_n there_o rise_v a_o strife_n among_o the_o disciple_n which_o of_o they_o excel_v other_o the_o lord_n to_o suppress_v this_o vain_a ambition_n teach_v they_o that_o their_o ministry_n be_v not_o like_a unto_o kingdom_n in_o which_o one_o man_n have_v preeminence_n above_o the_o rest_n i_o beseech_v you_o what_o do_v this_o comparison_n make_v to_o the_o dishonour_n of_o kingly_a dignity_n yea_o what_o do_v it_o prove_v at_o all_o but_z that_o the_o ministry_n of_o a_o apostle_n be_v not_o the_o office_n of_o a_o king_n moreover_o although_o among_o the_o magistrate_n themselves_o there_o be_v diverse_a form_n yet_o there_o be_v no_o difference_n in_o this_o behalf_n but_o that_o we_o ought_v to_o take_v they_o all_o for_o the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n for_o paul_n also_o do_v comprehend_v they_o altogether_o when_o he_o say_v that_o there_o be_v no_o power_n but_o of_o god_n i_o and_o that_o which_o best_o like_v he_o of_o all_o be_v commend_v with_o notable_a testimony_n above_o the_o other_o namely_o the_o power_n of_o one_o which_o because_o it_o bring_v with_o it_o a_o common_a bondage_n of_o all_o except_z that_o one_o man_n to_z who_o be_v will_n it_o make_v all_o thing_n subject_v in_o old_a time_n can_v less_o be_v allow_v of_o noble_a and_o the_o excellent_a sort_n of_o nature_n xvii_o but_o the_o scripture_n to_o mete_v with_o their_o unjust_a iugemente_n express_o by_o name_n affirm_v that_o it_o be_v the_o providence_n of_o god_n wisdom_n that_o king_n do_v reign_v &_o peculiar_o command_v the_o king_n to_o be_v honour_v and_o true_o it_o be_v very_o vain_a that_o it_o shall_v be_v dispute_v of_o private_a man_n which_o shall_v be_v the_o best_a state_n of_o policy_n in_o the_o place_z where_o they_o live_v for_o who_o it_o be_v not_o lawful_a to_o consult_v of_o the_o frame_n of_o any_o common_a weal_n and_o also_o the_o same_o can_v not_o be_v simple_o determine_v without_o rashness_n forasmuchas_fw-es a_o great_a part_n of_o the_o order_n of_o this_o question_n consist_v in_o circumstance_n and_o if_o the_o compare_v also_o the_o state_n themselves_o together_o without_o circumstance_n it_o shall_v not_o be_v easy_a to_o discern_v which_o of_o they_o overwei_v the_o other_o in_o profitablenesse_n they_o match_v so_o equal_o together_o there_o be_v a_o easy_a way_n to_o fall_v from_o kingdom_n into_o tyranny_n but_o not_o much_o hard_a be_v it_o to_o fall_v from_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o chief_a man_n to_o the_o faction_n of_o a_o few_o but_o most_o easy_a of_o all_o from_o the_o people_n government_n to_o sedition_n true_o if_o those_o three_o form_n of_o governemente_n which_o the_o philosopher_n set_v out_o be_v consider_v in_o themselves_o i_o will_v not_o deny_v that_o either_o the_o government_n of_o the_o chief_a man_n or_o a_o state_n temper_v of_o it_o and_o common_a government_n far_o excel_v all_o other_o not_o of_o itself_o but_o because_o it_o most_o seldom_o chance_v that_o king_n so_o temper_v themselves_o that_o their_o will_n never_o swerve_v from_o that_o which_o be_v just_a and_o right_a again_o that_o they_o be_v furnish_v with_o so_o great_a sharpness_n of_o iugement_n and_o wisdom_n that_o every_o one_o of_o they_o see_v so_o much_o as_o be_v sufficient_a therefore_o the_o
