the_o king_n elect_v and_o be_v swear_v to_o advise_v he_o in_o matter_n of_o law_n now_o whilst_o these_o councillor_n keep_v within_o their_o own_o bound_n and_o faithful_o perform_v their_o several_a duty_n the_o know_a law_n be_v preserve_v and_o so_o every_o one_o protect_v but_o when_o they_o extend_v beyond_o their_o bound_n confusion_n ensue_v absurd_a it_o be_v for_o a_o sick_a beyond_o their_o commission_n and_o so_o all_o these_o vote_n be_v absolute_o invalid_a not_o bind_v either_o king_n or_o people_n the_o king_n notwithstanding_o these_o vote_n be_v or_o whatever_o the_o member_n shall_v or_o can_v vote_n will_n and_o must_v be_v our_o only_a supreme_a governor_n and_o consequent_o these_o man_n at_o westminster_n by_o break_v their_o bound_n be_v themselves_o guilty_a of_o those_o thing_n which_o in_o and_o by_o their_o declaration_n to_o the_o people_n they_o gross_o and_o false_o asperse_v their_o king_n with_o they_o have_v and_o do_v arrogate_v to_o use_v their_o own_o word_n a_o arbitrary_a power_n without_o above_z against_o all_o the_o court_n of_o justice_n the_o parliament_n itself_o not_o except_v and_o thereby_o the_o know_a law_n be_v subvert_v and_o consequent_o they_o be_v most_o palpable_o guilty_a of_o that_o crime_n for_o which_o they_o themselves_o condemn_v as_o a_o traitor_n the_o late_a earl_n of_o strafford_n but_o for_o attempt_v to_o do_v and_o that_o upon_o a_o slender_a proof_n too_o upon_o the_o whole_a matter_n it_o may_v with_o as_o much_o justice_n &_o sense_n be_v say_v that_o there_o be_v yet_o never_o one_o king_n of_o england_n as_o to_o question_v whether_o the_o king_n for_o time_n be_v have_v inherent_o in_o his_o person_n the_o sovereign_a power_n of_o government_n but_o that_o man_n who_o have_v take_v consideration_n hereof_o and_o yet_o so_o absurd_o peevish_a as_o to_o remain_v unsatisfied_a of_o the_o king_n right_a herein_o the_o whole_a world_n must_v judge_v he_o worse_o than_o out_o of_o his_o wit_n to_o give_v it_o unto_o the_o member_n suppose_v the_o steward_n of_o a_o lord_n or_o commoner_n to_o claim_v property_n in_o the_o estate_n of_o his_o master_n i_o presume_v the_o house_n will_v account_v he_o a_o unjust_a judge_n who_o shall_v determine_v the_o case_n on_o the_o steward_n behalf_n upon_o his_o own_o testimony_n so_o here_o the_o member_n challenge_v not_o
