the_o judgement_n in_o truth_n but_o the_o argument_n of_o the_o council_n at_o barr_n that_o therefore_o he_o be_v loose_a and_o absolve_v from_o all_o rule_n of_o government_n for_o he_o to_o make_v the_o parliament_n defer_v to_o give_v supply_n to_o be_v that_o necessity_n which_o be_v insist_v upon_o in_o the_o counsel_n argument_n and_o to_o be_v such_o a_o unavoidable_a necessity_n as_o to_o beget_v a_o invasion_n upon_o propriety_n and_o liberty_n it_o rest_v in_o your_o judgement_n and_o the_o judgement_n of_o all_o that_o hear_v i_o what_o argument_n this_o be_v and_o what_o he_o in_o due_a time_n i_o shall_v make_v it_o appear_v to_o my_o apprehension_n and_o i_o believe_v to_o your_o lordship_n when_o you_o have_v hear_v it_o that_o the_o incense_n of_o this_o war_n and_o provoke_v of_o it_o be_v the_o principal_a instrument_n of_o bring_v to_o pass_v his_o design_n of_o subvert_v the_o law_n through_o the_o whole_a work_n of_o it_o my_o lord_n in_o the_o passage_n of_o this_o he_o take_v occasion_n to_o speak_v of_o the_o testimony_n of_o master_n secretary_n vane_n who_o testify_v that_o my_o lord_n be_v for_o a_o offensive_a and_o himself_o for_o a_o defensive_a war_n whence_o my_o lord_n argue_v here_o be_v no_o great_a difference_n for_o both_o be_v for_o a_o war_n but_o my_o lord_n be_v there_o no_o difference_n between_o a_o offensive_a and_o they_o my_o lord_n in_o the_o four_o and_o twenty_o article_n he_o mention_v that_o he_o be_v charge_v with_o be_v a_o occasion_n to_o break_v the_o parliament_n and_o lay_n hold_v of_o that_o as_o in_o the_o other_o article_n that_o it_o be_v not_o prove_v but_o decline_v my_o lord_n when_o he_o shall_v hear_v the_o repetition_n of_o the_o evidence_n though_o part_n of_o the_o article_n be_v not_o particular_o insist_v upon_o yet_o i_o believe_v it_o will_v appear_v to_o your_o lordship_n and_o the_o world_n that_o he_o be_v the_o occasion_n of_o break_v the_o last_o parliament_n and_o
