temptation_n thou_o shall_v never_o fear_v more_o never_o doubt_v more_o never_o be_v tempt_v more_o never_o more_o lose_v any_o of_o the_o good_a that_o thou_o be_v possess_v of_o this_o be_v the_o judgement_n that_o come_v to_o the_o saint_n after_o death_n and_o on_o the_o other_o side_n wicked_a man_n here_o in_o this_o world_n be_v not_o without_o their_o hope_n and_o confidence_n that_o all_o shall_v be_v well_o with_o they_o but_o after_o death_n come_v judgement_n to_o they_o that_o be_v as_o we_o have_v it_o proverb_n 11_o 7._o when_o a_o wicked_a man_n die_v his_o hope_n perish_v he_o be_v state_v in_o such_o a_o condition_n as_o he_o be_v never_o like_a to_o have_v hope_n of_o good_a more_o he_o be_v past_o all_o hope_n and_o possibility_n of_o ever_o receive_v further_a mercy_n from_o god_n and_o this_o be_v the_o meaning_n of_o the_o text_n on_o both_o hand_n that_o after_o death_n come_v judgement_n whatsoever_o man_n condition_n be_v here_o in_o this_o world_n though_o the_o saint_n have_v many_o fear_n &_o doubt_n about_o their_o estate_n yet_o i_o say_v immediate_o after_o death_n they_o shall_v be_v so_o state_v and_o actual_o possess_v of_o happiness_n that_o they_o shall_v never_o doubt_v more_o and_o howsoever_o wicked_a man_n in_o this_o world_n have_v many_o hope_n and_o confidence_n and_o bless_v themselves_o in_o their_o way_n yet_o immediate_o after_o death_n all_o shall_v vanish_v for_o then_o judgement_n shall_v come_v job_n have_v this_o expression_n job_n 8._o 14._o the_o hope_n of_o the_o hypocrite_n be_v as_o the_o sure_a between_o god_n and_o your_o soul_n for_o after_o death_n come_v judgement_n this_o point_n that_o i_o be_o now_o to_o treat_v about_o it_o be_v one_o of_o the_o most_o serious_a point_n that_o concern_v the_o child_n of_o man_n and_o usual_o one_o of_o the_o first_o thing_n that_o the_o lord_n settle_v upon_o the_o heart_n and_o conscience_n of_o those_o who_o he_o convert_v to_o himself_o for_o a_o man_n go_v on_o in_o way_n of_o sin_n and_o death_n to_o bethink_v himself_o lord_n where_o be_o i_o what_o be_o i_o do_v what_o be_v like_a to_o become_v of_o i_o wherefore_o be_v i_o bear_v wherefore_o come_v i_o into_o the_o world_n what_o have_v i_o to_o do_v here_o then_o god_n answer_v that_o which_o thou_o have_v to_o do_v here_o and_o be_v send_v into_o the_o world_n for_o be_v to_o make_v provision_n for_o eternity_n it_o be_v about_o this_o great_a business_n to_o make_v up_o all_o between_o god_n and_o thy_o soul_n and_o look_v thou_o be_v careful_a in_o it_o for_o so_o as_o there_o can_v be_v no_o alteration_n it_o be_v the_o observation_n of_o the_o schoolman_n that_o what_o do_v befall_v to_o the_o angel_n that_o sin_v that_o in_o death_n befall_v unto_o wicked_a man_n that_o be_v as_o the_o angel_n upon_o the_o first_o act_n of_o sin_n be_v present_o state_v in_o a_o irrecoverable_a condition_n so_o wicked_a man_n when_o they_o die_v be_v state_v condition_n with_o the_o devil_n themselves_o that_o be_v his_o condition_n be_v then_o so_o state_v and_o make_v as_o certain_a and_o sure_a and_o as_o irrecoverable_a as_o any_o of_o the_o angel_n that_o sin_v while_o we_o preach_v to_o man_n though_o never_o so_o wicked_a and_o ungodly_a because_o a_o actual_a judgement_n such_o as_o the_o text_n speak_v of_o be_v not_o past_a upon_o they_o we_o be_v to_o offer_v grace_n and_o mercy_n to_o they_o in_o christ_n but_o if_o this_o offer_n be_v neglect_v for_o a_o while_n if_o the_o twine_n thread_n the_o single_a thread_n of_o thy_o life_n be_v once_o
