the_o same_o saint_n on_o the_o other_o by_o reason_n of_o which_o the_o soul_n be_v often_o incline_v and_o fall_v back_o into_o the_o life_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o work_n of_o the_o natural_a will_n instead_o of_o be_v strengthen_v in_o the_o inward_a man_n and_o fix_v there_o in_o love_n and_o true_a rest_n against_o all_o contradict_v whatsoever_o make_v by_o flesh_n and_o blood_n whether_o pure_a and_o holy_a flesh_n or_o sinful_a and_o corrupt_a so_o that_o oft_o the_o party_n which_o faith_n by_o its_o power_n make_v for_o itself_o in_o the_o heart_n and_o conscience_n of_o power_n and_o faculty_n of_o the_o mind_n in_o that_o state_n rebel_n and_o resist_v a_o long_a season_n not_o know_v how_o to_o submit_v though_o upon_o hope_n of_o a_o land_n of_o promise_n law_n or_o ministry_n of_o christ_n first_o appearance_n the_o soul_n be_v bring_v out_o of_o the_o corrupt_a degenerate_a state_n of_o nature_n have_v turn_v its_o back_n upon_o the_o land_n of_o its_o nativity_n and_o be_v come_v to_o the_o earthly_a canaan_n to_o the_o circumcision_n of_o the_o flesh_n not_o in_o the_o letter_n only_o but_o in_o the_o spirit_n for_o the_o righteousness_n of_o work_n by_o the_o first_o covenant_n then_o have_v faith_n another_o call_v or_o second_o voice_n to_o the_o soul_n cause_v it_o to_o sojourn_v as_o a_o stranger_n even_o in_o the_o land_n of_o promise_n and_o to_o look_v upon_o this_o earthly_a jerusalem_n as_o no_o abide_a city_n but_o that_o out_o of_o which_o it_o must_v also_o pass_v into_o a_o heavenly_a country_n the_o jerusalem_n shipwreck_n but_o make_v they_o in_o such_o manner_n the_o fruit_n and_o child_n of_o the_o operation_n of_o the_o faith_n of_o god_n elect_v as_o that_o against_o such_o there_o be_v no_o law_n spiritual_a seed_n tell_v pilate_n in_o his_o own_o personal_a case_n joh._n 19_o 11._o and_o as_o power_n be_v give_v from_o above_o against_o that_o great_a master_n &_o lord_n so_o be_v it_o also_o give_v to_o they_o to_o make_v war_n with_o the_o saint_n and_o to_o overcome_v they_o rev._n 13._o 7._o but_o though_o at_o present_a they_o be_v so_o overset_v by_o worldly_a power_n that_o they_o their_o lawful_a use_n as_o lawful_a refer_v to_o the_o obedience_n of_o faith_n and_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o gospel_n but_o only_o have_v death_n pass_v upon_o they_o or_o a_o disability_n and_o
