under_o such_o term_n as_o may_v render_v they_o odious_a and_o the_o more_o effectual_o to_o weaken_v their_o testimony_n they_o will_v fix_v upon_o they_o scurrilous_a and_o contemptible_a integrity_n in_o the_o truth_n but_o the_o say_v lie_v pamphlet_n style_v the_o spirit_n of_o the_o hat_n be_v plain_o oppose_v and_o serious_o answer_v by_o our_o friend_n in_o their_o book_n entitle_v the_o spirit_n of_o alexander_n the_o coppersmith_n etc._n etc._n yet_o these_o baptist_n in_o their_o preface_n will_v make_v the_o world_n believe_v that_o the_o book_n produce_v and_o cite_v by_o t._n hicks_n for_o his_o discharge_n from_o forgery_n be_v the_o book_n of_o such_o as_o have_v be_v and_o now_o be_v chief_a leader_n among_o the_o quaker_n but_o neither_o tell_v we_o who_o nor_o what_o chief_a leader_n the_o author_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o hat_n ever_o be_v or_o be_v among_o we_o now_o you_o that_o have_v concern_v yourselves_o for_o t._n hicks_n do_v refer_v to_o the_o guidance_n of_o god_n free_a spirit_n in_o themselves_o have_v a_o free_a liberty_n therein_o to_o improve_v and_o make_v use_n of_o their_o gift_n as_o god_n shall_v call_v there_o be_v both_o gospel_n liberty_n and_o order_n among_o we_o and_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o prophet_n subject_n to_o the_o prophet_n and_o gospel-minister_n have_v unity_n in_o the_o spirit_n and_o with_o one_o another_o testimony_n which_o be_v not_o of_o man_n nor_o by_o the_o will_n of_o man_n however_o these_o baptist_n seek_v to_o clear_v their_o brother_n by_o such_o false_a story_n as_o before_o scrape_v out_o of_o a_o apostate_n and_o enemy_n pamphlet_n another_o charge_n false_o insinuate_v that_o we_o do_v not_o real_o or_o full_o own_o the_o holy_a scripture_n be_v this_o viz._n that_o the_o quaker_n own_o the_o scripture_n as_o far_o as_o it_o agree_v to_o the_o light_n in_o they_o and_o for_o proof_n of_o this_o t._n hicks_n say_v this_o be_v prove_v in_o their_o assert_v the_o scripture_n to_o be_v give_v forth_o from_o the_o light_n within_o whereas_o this_o be_v a_o proof_n that_o we_o full_o own_o the_o scripture_n without_o any_o such_o exception_n or_o reservation_n as_o be_v employ_v in_o the_o charge_n before_o for_o it_o be_v apparent_a that_o we_o full_o own_o the_o light_n within_o to_o be_v infallible_a and_o therefore_o the_o scripture_n which_o come_v from_o it_o to_o be_v real_o true_a however_o the_o dialogueman_n will_v be_v account_v a_o very_a exact_a drawer_n of_o consequence_n even_o such_o a_o one_o as_o will_v not_o abate_v
