only_o for_o their_o outward_a man_n but_o for_o their_o spiritual_a man_n also_o which_o other_o need_v not_o 3._o because_o they_o be_v conscientious_a be_v more_o tender_a than_o other_o and_o so_o understand_v the_o edge_n of_o it_o be_v against_o the_o loose_a and_o lawless_a life_n and_o the_o peace_n and_o favour_n of_o it_o be_v to_o the_o good_a and_o the_o godly_a the_o enemy_n of_o man_n and_o author_n of_o confusion_n have_v bring_v forth_o much_o mischief_n among_o we_o both_o to_o the_o magistrate_n and_o to_o the_o conscientious_a in_o divide_v one_o from_o the_o other_o and_o set_v of_o they_o against_o each_o other_o which_o have_v but_o one_o root_n for_o the_o magistrate_n be_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n for_o good_a rom._n 13.4_o and_o conscience_n bind_v a_o man_n
