in_o honour_n or_o any_o estimation_n he_o make_v no_o conscience_n to_o enter_v into_o the_o temple_n and_o to_o behold_v their_o altar_n and_o idol_n but_o he_o go_v not_o thither_o with_o the_o idolater_n when_o they_o make_v their_o sacrifice_n to_o please_v they_o and_o for_o fear_n of_o offend_v the_o athenian_n but_o contrariwise_o he_o go_v thither_o to_o find_v occasion_n to_o draw_v they_o from_o their_o idolatry_n and_o superstition_n which_o he_o condemn_v by_o his_o public_a testimony_n but_o not_o without_o great_a reason_n and_o christian_n wisdom_n and_o modesty_n so_o then_o as_o i_o can_v allow_v these_o envious_a sect._n sect._n frantic_a &_o offensive_a person_n so_o will_v i_o not_o condemn_v all_o those_o which_o show_v not_o the_o like_a zeal_n as_o saint_n paul_n do_v for_o i_o know_v where_o one_o may_v find_v such_o but_o i_o speak_v especial_o against_o those_o wise_a spirit_n which_o fear_v so_o great_o to_o fall_v into_o any_o danger_n for_o the_o name_n of_o jesus_n christ_n that_o they_o govern_v themselves_o so_o wary_o that_o they_o suffer_v not_o to_o pass_v from_o they_o any_o little_a shadow_n of_o smoke_n whereby_o one_o may_v judge_v that_o there_o be_v not_o one_o only_a spark_n of_o faith_n in_o their_o heart_n for_o they_o fear_v so_o much_o that_o any_o shall_v know_v that_o there_o be_v any_o fire_n of_o the_o gospel_n in_o they_o that_o they_o endeavour_n by_o all_o mean_n to_o put_v it_o out_o and_o govern_v themselves_o in_o such_o sort_n that_o none_o of_o good_a judgement_n can_v account_v they_o other_o then_o hope_n that_o the_o lord_n will_v take_v pity_n and_o compassion_n on_o the_o poor_a faithful_a weak_a and_o fearful_a which_o be_v constrain_v to_o carry_v the_o yoke_n of_o antichrist_n and_o that_o he_o will_v strengthen_v they_o more_o so_o that_o they_o acknowledge_v themselves_o weak_a and_o sinner_n as_o they_o be_v and_o that_o they_o think_v not_o themselves_o to_o be_v s._n paul_n where_o they_o be_v not_o yet_o worthy_a to_o be_v account_v good_a nicodemian_o that_o they_o delight_v not_o themselves_o in_o their_o error_n that_o they_o call_v not_o the_o table_n of_o devil_n the_o supper_n of_o jesus_n christ_n but_o that_o they_o be_v grieve_v to_o be_v in_o that_o captivity_n and_o to_o offend_v and_o to_o see_v god_n daily_o offend_v that_o they_o avoid_v idolatry_n as_o much_o as_o they_o can_v and_o that_o they_o hate_v and_o dear_a it_o with_o all_o their_o heart_n without_o say_v evil_a be_v good_a or_o light_n be_v darkness_n for_o god_n curse_v such_o man_n by_o his_o prophet_n but_o those_o which_o esteem_v so_o much_o idolatry_n &_o allow_v it_o and_o induce_v other_o thereto_o they_o have_v not_o well_o consider_v the_o word_n of_o the_o prophet_n nor_o well_o think_v of_o the_o malediction_n of_o god_n whereunto_o they_o yield_v themselves_o faulty_a this_o be_v well_o belove_a brethren_n that_o which_o i_o sect._n sect._n will_v write_v unto_o you_o at_o this_o time_n not_o to_o trouble_v and_o torment_v further_o the_o poor_a weak_a and_o afflict_a conscience_n but_o to_o abate_v the_o pride_n and_o presumption_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o the_o proud_a and_o foolish_a which_o feel_v not_o their_o evil_a but_o will_v maintain_v it_o as_o good_a hitherto_o tend_v my_o meaning_n that_o you_o may_v follow_v rather_o the_o council_n of_o one_o which_o have_v need_n of_o my_o instruction_n and_o that_o in_o so_o do_v i_o shall_v give_v a_o testimony_n of_o my_o faith_n to_o other_o which_o be_v more_o strong_a and_o learned_a and_o that_o i_o shall_v stir_v they_o up_o better_a to_o satisfy_v such_o question_n and_o trouble_n in_o conscience_n according_a to_o the_o grace_n that_o god_n have_v give_v they_o far_o great_a than_o to_o i_o as_o already_o some_o have_v do_v long_o ago_o and_o may_v yet_o more_o ample_o to_o who_o i_o be_o not_o worthy_a to_o be_v compare_v if_o also_o i_o can_v satisfy_v all_o man_n i_o shall_v nothing_o marvel_v at_o it_o but_o i_o shall_v marvel_v at_o the_o contrary_a for_o i_o know_v well_o my_o ability_n and_o how_o hard_o the_o matter_n be_v further_o although_o i_o have_v be_v then_o to_o lie_v unto_o you_o and_o seduce_v you_o to_o please_v you_o and_o to_o betray_v the_o truth_n of_o god_n to_o who_o you_o shall_v pray_v for_o i_o and_o the_o church_n in_o these_o part_n even_o as_o we_o pray_v for_o you_o be_v mindful_a of_o your_o affliction_n and_o perseoution_n as_o if_o we_o be_v there_o ourselves_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n my_o dear_a brethren_n walk_v sect._n sect._n in_o all_o fear_n and_o reverence_n of_o god_n in_o all_o humility_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o in_o all_o christian_n modesty_n wait_v for_o your_o redemption_n let_v your_o light_n so_o shine_v before_o man_n that_o they_o may_v see_v your_o good_a work_n your_o heavenly_a father_n may_v be_v glorify_v and_o that_o you_o may_v shut_v up_o the_o mouth_n of_o your_o adversary_n admonish_v one_o another_o with_o all_o gentleness_n correct_v all_o blasphemy_n vice_n &_o imperfection_n which_o reign_n yet_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o we_o that_o through_o you_o the_o name_n of_o of_o peace_n shall_v comfort_v you_o and_o strengthen_v you_o to_o the_o end_n &_o will_v not_o suffer_v you_o to_o be_v tempt_v further_a than_o you_o be_v able_a to_o bear_v but_o will_v give_v good_a issue_n to_o all_o your_o temptation_n and_o trouble_n to_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o holy_a name_n and_o salvation_n of_o our_o own_o soul_n to_o who_o only_o be_v all_o honour_n and_o glory_n
