to_o dissolve_v my_o whole_a bodily_a frame_n when_o i_o shall_v no_o more_o travail_n no_o more_o labour_n nor_o feel_v any_o defect_n of_o body_n or_o mind_n and_o grant_v if_o it_o be_v thy_o in_o travel_n and_o many_o other_o danger_n and_o hindrance_n infinite_a in_o number_n all_o conceal_a from_o i_o until_o they_o fall_v yet_o all_o know_v and_o foresee_v of_o thou_o and_o all_o dispose_v and_o permit_v by_o thou_o i_o most_o humble_o therefore_o pray_v thou_o to_o watch_v and_o spread_v the_o wing_n of_o thy_o power_n and_o providence_n over_o i_o and_o stretch_v forth_o
