be_v unlawful_a for_o all_o man_n and_o at_o all_o time_n for_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o word_n in_o regard_n of_o their_o holy_a function_n the_o scripture_n teach_v we_o that_o every_o soul_n all_o whonsoever_o both_o all_o the_o reverend_a father_n &_o governor_n of_o our_o church_n &_o also_o all_o other_o my_o learned_a and_o good_a brethren_n as_o well_o remain_v under_o our_o mother_n wing_n in_o the_o university_n of_o cambridge_n and_o oxenford_n as_o also_o already_o call_v forth_o to_o labour_n in_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o word_n in_o particular_a church_n all_o these_o i_o say_v i_o do_v humble_o beseech_v &_o earnest_o exhort_v to_o be_v fervent_a in_o spirit_n in_o behalf_n of_o the_o truth_n and_o with_o all_o zeal_n to_o uphold_v defend_v maintain_v and_o daily_o
