chief_a temptation_n whereby_o the_o wicked_a one_o do_v draw_v young_a man_n unto_o sin_n and_o endeavour_v to_o arm_v you_o against_o those_o temptation_n that_o you_o may_v overcome_v 2._o transcendent_a delight_n and_o joy_n which_o be_v to_o be_v find_v in_o god_n both_o here_o and_o chief_o hereafter_o persuade_v they_o that_o the_o way_n of_o god_n be_v irksome_a and_o unpleasant_a which_o be_v further_v by_o their_o own_o experience_n they_o find_v they_o to_o be_v so_o to_o they_o upon_o a_o little_a trial_n for_o want_v of_o a_o spiritual_a appetite_n to_o relish_v that_o real_a sweetness_n which_o be_v in_o they_o for_o as_o angel_n can_v relish_v carnal_a pleasure_n because_o they_o have_v no_o carnal_a sense_n so_o neither_o can_v carnal_a person_n relish_v spiritual_a pleasure_n because_o they_o have_v no_o spiritual_a sense_n 2._o he_o labour_v to_o hide_v from_o they_o the_o sting_n and_o bitterness_n of_o sin_n the_o sorrow_n and_o vexation_n which_o it_o will_v certain_o produce_v in_o the_o conclusion_n he_o cover_v the_o hook_n out_o of_o their_o sight_n labour_v to_o divert_v their_o thought_n from_o all_o serious_a consideration_n of_o the_o gall_n and_o wormwood_n that_o be_v in_o the_o bottom_n of_o the_o cup._n 3._o he_o represent_v the_o delight_n of_o sin_n as_o most_o sweet_a and_o satisfy_a as_o present_a and_o at_o hand_n and_o easy_a to_o be_v have_v without_o difficulty_n and_o labour_n and_o sometime_o as_o secret_a too_o which_o no_o mortal_a eye_n can_v take_v notice_n of_o 4._o he_o join_v in_o with_o the_o lust_n of_o their_o heart_n with_o which_o he_o have_v a_o secret_a correspondence_n and_o propose_v such_o object_n unto_o they_o as_o be_v most_o suitable_a and_o desirable_a it_o be_v by_o the_o pleasure_n and_o delight_n of_o sin_n that_o most_o young_a man_n be_v bewitch_v and_o persuade_v to_o the_o commission_n of_o it_o it_o be_v by_o the_o pleasantness_n of_o the_o forbid_a fruit_n that_o this_o old_a serpent_n entice_v our_o first_o parent_n to_o eat_v thereof_o and_o hereby_o it_o be_v that_o he_o do_v entice_v
