notable_a example_n of_o this_o brotherly_a love_n in_o two_o heathen_n viz._n eumenes_n and_o attalus_n this_o eumenes_n be_v king_n of_o pergamus_n and_o leave_v his_o wife_n and_o his_o kingdom_n and_o travel_v abroad_o short_o after_o who_o departure_n news_n be_v bring_v to_o pergamus_n that_o eumenes_n be_v cowardly_o slay_v by_o one_o persius_n whereupon_o attalus_n take_v his_o brother_n kingdom_n and_o his_o wife_n not_o long_o after_o attalus_n hear_v news_n of_o his_o brother_n life_n and_o speedy_a return_n he_o do_v not_o then_o as_o policy_n will_v have_v do_v prepare_v to_o its_o several_a part_n and_o faculty_n as_o well_o as_o the_o natural_a man_n and_o faith_n be_v as_o it_o be_v the_o brain_n of_o the_o new_a man_n yet_o so_o that_o it_o have_v a_o influence_n upon_o the_o heart_n and_o active_a power_n of_o the_o new_a creature_n that_o bring_v in_o light_n and_o apprehend_v the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n shine_v gracious_o in_o the_o gospel_n who_o be_v the_o brightness_n of_o the_o father_n glory_n but_o love_n be_v the_o heart_n of_o the_o new_a creature_n that_o which_o warm_v the_o new_a man_n and_o be_v the_o first_o mover_n in_o the_o action_n of_o obedience_n whether_o of_o love_n and_o holiness_n towards_o god_n or_o of_o love_n and_o righteousness_n towards_o man_n now_o you_o know_v that_o the_o heart_n be_v a_o principal_a part_n in_o any_o creature_n that_o have_v that_o part_n and_o the_o more_o excellent_a the_o creature_n be_v the_o more_o excellent_a be_v that_o part_n of_o it_o now_o no_o creature_n under_o heaven_n be_v comparable_a for_o excellency_n with_o the_o new_a creature_n which_o be_v the_o immediate_a frame_n and_o work_v of_o the_o sanctify_a spirit_n a_o effect_n of_o one_o of_o his_o most_o divine_a operation_n i_o mean_v the_o whole_a frame_n of_o regeneration_n and_o sanctification_n in_o one_o bear_v of_o god_n now_o love_n be_v the_o heart_n of_o this_o new_a creature_n the_o heart_n in_o a_o man_n be_v say_v to_o be_v primum_fw-la vivens_fw-la et_fw-la ultimum_fw-la moriens_fw-la the_o first_o part_n that_o live_v the_o last_o that_o die_v but_o love_n which_o be_v the_o heart_n of_o the_o new_a creature_n never_o die_v faith_n and_o hope_n have_v their_o period_n love_v out-liveth_a they_o and_o be_v everlasting_a for_o faith_n be_v of_o thing_n not_o see_v 1_o cor._n 13.8_o etc._n etc._n but_o when_o all_o the_o glorious_a thing_n promise_v and_o believe_v lie_v open_a to_o the_o sight_n of_o the_o saint_n at_o a_o full_a view_n faith_n as_o it_o be_v the_o evidence_n of_o thing_n not_o see_v shall_v cease_v hope_v be_v of_o thing_n to_o come_v but_o when_o all_o shall_v be_v in_o present_a possession_n and_o the_o soul_n can_v neither_o expect_v nor_o receive_v any_o more_o hope_n shall_v cease_v but_o love_n be_v for_o ever_o and_o ever_o and_o this_o shall_v be_v in_o full_a perfection_n when_o this_o life_n shall_v end_v when_o there_o shall_v be_v nothing_o in_o they_o that_o love_n nor_o in_o they_o that_o be_v to_o be_v love_v which_o may_v hinder_v love_n when_o they_o shall_v whole_o dwell_v in_o god_n who_o be_v love_n and_o be_v fill_v with_o the_o fullness_n of_o god_n and_o so_o with_o fullness_n of_o love_n and_o if_o he_o can_v say_v of_o his_o earthly_a kind_n of_o wisdom_n that_o if_o it_o be_v visible_a and_o to_o be_v see_v with_o the_o eye_n of_o man_n it_o will_v make_v man_n strange_o enamour_v with_o it_o how_o much_o more_o may_v it_o be_v say_v of_o this_o christian_a love_n which_o be_v from_o above_o that_o if_o it_o be_v in_o a_o visible_a shape_n and_o have_v a_o outward_a beauty_n answerable_a to_o the_o excellency_n of_o its_o nature_n it_o will_v inflame_v the_o affection_n of_o man_n and_o woman_n towards_o it_o 4._o love_n make_v man_n useful_a and_o helpful_a to_o other_o plato_n say_v of_o those_o man_n that_o be_v malicious_a and_o contentious_a that_o they_o
