behold_v you_o in_o the_o practice_n of_o the_o same_o thing_n which_o you_o in_o word_n may_v reprove_v in_o they_o nay_o many_o time_n you_o exceed_v they_o in_o vanity_n and_o profaneness_n and_o so_o be_v out_o of_o order_n in_o yourselves_o not_o be_v guide_v by_o the_o light_n which_o be_v pure_a and_o who_o be_v convince_v of_o profaneness_n and_o in_o yourselves_o be_v order_v into_o moderation_n and_o soberness_n and_o have_v some_o desire_n after_o god_n and_o set_v up_o a_o practice_n in_o your_o family_n of_o read_v or_o expound_v scripture_n and_o prayer_n and_o sing_v david_n psalm_n which_o you_o call_v family_n duty_n take_v heed_n you_o be_v not_o ensnare_v in_o that_o place_n for_o there_o be_v a_o danger_n lie_v near_o though_o your_o practice_n may_v have_v something_o of_o a_o show_n of_o godliness_n in_o it_o for_o though_o at_o first_o you_o may_v practice_v such_o thing_n in_o some_o tenderness_n towards_o god_n and_o perform_v they_o as_o necessary_a duty_n and_o in_o that_o place_n stand_v faithful_a to_o god_n in_o what_o be_v make_v manifest_a and_o not_o a_o further_a manifestation_n open_v to_o you_o your_o practice_n be_v not_o condemn_v in_o that_o place_n but_o this_o be_v the_o danger_n when_o the_o observation_n of_o a_o practice_n centre_n the_o mind_n in_o the_o form_n of_o what_o be_v practise_v and_o so_o in_o time_n be_v content_a with_o the_o observation_n of_o the_o form_n only_o this_o be_v a_o place_n where_o many_o lose_v the_o life_n and_o the_o savour_n of_o it_o and_o that_o which_o at_o first_o be_v truth_n in_o itself_o in_o the_o manifestation_n and_o practice_n do_v in_o time_n become_v false_a through_o the_o observation_n in_o the_o form_n only_o and_o there_o the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n be_v not_o find_v nor_o true_a peace_n enjoy_v but_o some_o may_v say_v be_v not_o family_n duty_n good_a order_n yes_o they_o be_v so_o but_o not_o as_o they_o stand_v in_o the_o observation_n of_o a_o stand_v in_o the_o order_n of_o god_n but_o in_o the_o disorderly_a part_n of_o man_n own_o will_n who_o set_v his_o own_o time_n and_o speak_v his_o own_o word_n and_o in_o that_o perform_v something_o as_o a_o service_n unto_o god_n therefore_o who_o be_v in_o this_o state_n and_o will_v have_v your_o family_n come_v into_o good_a order_n in_o this_o place_n keep_v your_o mind_n to_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n in_o you_o and_o wait_v to_o know_v the_o motion_n of_o it_o and_o it_o will_v show_v you_o the_o time_n and_o will_v give_v you_o word_n if_o there_o be_v need_n in_o the_o time_n and_o will_v move_v to_o prayer_n as_o there_o be_v need_n and_o will_v teach_v you_o how_o to_o pray_v and_o what_o to_o ask_v for_o the_o spirit_n know_v your_o infirmity_n and_o make_v reproof_n give_v in_o the_o spirit_n or_o if_o there_o be_v need_n of_o exhortation_n the_o spirit_n will_v give_v a_o word_n of_o exhortation_n and_o when_o it_o be_v a_o time_n of_o prayer_n the_o spirit_n will_v move_v to_o prayer_n and_o give_v word_n in_o prayer_n and_o this_o will_v stand_v in_o god_n order_n and_o out_o of_o your_o own_o will_n and_o you_o will_v have_v comfort_n in_o it_o want_n of_o take_v heed_n to_o the_o light_n of_o christ_n in_o you_o and_o that_o the_o light_n reprove_v you_o in_o your_o conscience_n for_o it_o and_o you_o with_o the_o light_n come_v to_o see_v wherein_o you_o have_v do_v amiss_o and_o that_o you_o have_v not_o perform_v your_o service_n faithful_o to_o your_o master_n and_o when_o your_o master_n come_v to_o blame_v you_o for_o it_o then_o to_o seek_v out_o cover_v by_o deceit_n and_o to_o forge_n lie_v for_o your_o own_o defence_n though_o with_o the_o light_n you_o see_v you_o have_v do_v amiss_o this_o be_v a_o very_a great_a evil_n case_n this_o be_v sharp_o reprove_v with_o that_o of_o god_n in_o you_o which_o be_v just_a and_o true_a and_o neither_o the_o first_o nor_o the_o second_o in_o which_o you_o can_v approve_v your_o heart_n to_o god_n though_o by_o deceit_n and_o lie_v you_o may_v blind_v your_o master_n eye_n and_o keep_v yourselves_o from_o blame_v as_o unto_o he_o yet_o the_o lord_n behold_v you_o and_o you_o can_v clear_v yourselves_o before_o he_o and_o this_o be_v weighty_a on_o your_o part_n who_o be_v call_v to_o serve_v and_o then_o take_v heed_n of_o vanity_n in_o every_o place_n and_o do_v not_o god_n in_o you_o and_o consider_v for_o what_o end_n that_o time_n be_v allow_v you_o that_o when_o you_o have_v it_o you_o may_v improve_v it_o in_o some_o holy_a exercise_n according_a to_o what_o you_o know_v and_o not_o to_o spend_v it_o in_o alehouse_n and_o in_o sport_n and_o pleasure_n and_o in_o the_o light_n read_v the_o scripture_n you_o that_o can_v read_v and_o wait_v to_o up_o yourselves_o to_o serve_v the_o lord_n and_o turn_v to_o the_o light_n with_o which_o you_o be_v enlighten_v and_o be_v obedient_a unto_o the_o light_n in_o all_o thing_n and_o when_o it_o amiss_o in_o the_o vain_a custom_n and_o tradition_n if_o you_o love_v the_o light_n it_o will_v reform_v your_o way_n and_o your_o do_n where_o they_o be_v amiss_o and_o that_o will_v die_v which_o you_o have_v observe_v out_o of_o the_o truth_n in_o any_o custom_n or_o tradition_n which_o you_o have_v be_v accustom_v to_o and_o have_v be_v teach_v by_o your_o parent_n to_o observe_v for_o many_o young_a people_n that_o come_v into_o such_o a_o custom_n of_o thing_n in_o their_o infancy_n be_v teach_v to_o observe_v they_o by_o their_o parent_n that_o in_o their_o youthful_a day_n
