pray_v by_o nature_n by_o desert_n or_o any_o duty_n whatsoever_o for_o jesus_n christ_n sake_n our_o only_a mediator_n to_o who_o with_o thou_o and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v give_v all_o praise_n and_o glory_n both_o now_o and_o for_o evermore_o amen_n a_o evening_n prayer_n to_o be_v use_v in_o private_a family_n oeternall_a god_n and_o our_o most_o love_a and_o dear_a father_n wethy_o unwoorthy_a child_n do_v here_o fall_v down_o at_o the_o foot_n of_o thy_o great_a majesty_n acknowledge_v from_o our_o heart_n that_o we_o be_v altogether_o unworthy_a to_o come_v near_o thou_o or_o to_o look_v towards_o thou_o because_o thou_o be_v a_o god_n of_o infinite_a glory_n and_o we_o be_v most_o vile_a and_o abominable_a sinner_n such_o as_o be_v conceive_v &_o bear_v in_o sin_n and_o corruption_n such_o as_o have_v inherit_v our_o father_n corruption_n and_o also_o have_v actual_o transgress_v all_o thy_o holy_a statute_n and_o law_n both_o in_o thought_n word_n &_o deed_n before_o weknew_v thou_o and_o since_o secret_o and_o open_o with_o ourselves_o &_o with_o other_o our_o particular_a sin_n be_v more_o than_o can_v be_v number_v for_o who_o know_v how_o often_o he_o offend_v but_o this_o we_o must_v needs_o confess_v against_o ourselves_o that_o our_o heart_n be_v full_a of_o pride_n covetousness_n and_o the_o love_n of_o this_o world_n full_a ofwrath_n anger_n and_o impatiency_n full_a of_o lie_v dissemble_a and_o deceive_v full_a of_o vanity_n hardness_n and_o profaneness_n full_a of_o infidelity_n distrust_n and_o self-love_n full_a of_o lust_n uncleanness_n and_o all_o adhominable_a desire_n yea_o our_o heart_n be_v the_o very_a sink_v of_o sin_n and_o dunghill_n of_o all_o filthiness_n and_o beside_o all_o this_o we_o do_v omit_v the_o good_a thing_n we_o shall_v do_v for_o there_o be_v in_o we_o great_a want_n of_o faith_n of_o love_n of_o zeal_n of_o patience_n of_o contentment_n and_o of_o every_o good_a grace_n so_o as_o thou_o have_v just_a cause_n to_o proceed_v to_o sentence_n of_o judgement_n
land_n and_o discharge_v it_o of_o all_o the_o horrible_a sin_n thereof_o drown_v they_o o_o lord_n in_o thy_o infinite_a mercy_n through_o christ_n as_o it_o be_v in_o a_o bottomless_a gulf_n that_o they_o may_v never_o rise_v up_o in_o judgement_n against_o us._n for_o although_o our_o sin_n be_v exceed_a many_o and_o fearful_a yet_o thy_o mercy_n be_v far_o great_a for_o thou_o be_v infinite_a in_o mercy_n but_o we_o can_v be_v infinite_a in_o sin_v give_v we_o not_o over_o into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o idolater_n leave_v they_o shall_v blaspheme_v thy_o name_n and_o say_v where_o be_v their_o god_n in_o who_o they_o trust_v but_o rather_o dear_a father_n take_v we_o into_o thy_o own_o hand_n and_o correct_v we_o according_a to_o thy_o wisdom_n for_o with_o thou_o be_v mercy_n and_o deep_a compassion_n moreover_o we_o most_o hearty_o beseech_v thy_o good_a majesty_n to_o bless_v our_o most_o gracious_a king_n james_n and_o to_o show_v much_o mercy_n to_o he_o in_o all_o thing_n guide_n he_o in_o thy_o fear_n and_o keep_v he_o in_o all_o his_o way_n work_v in_o his_o soul_n unfeigned_a sorrow_n for_o sinew_n true_a faith_n in_o the_o promise_n &_o a_o great_a care_n to_o please_v thou_o in_o all_o thing_n and_o to_o discharge_v the_o duty_n of_o his_o high_a place_n in_o all_o zeal_n of_o thy_o glory_n and_o faithfulness_n towards_o thy_o majesty_n that_o as_o thou_o have_v crown_v he_o here_o in_o earth_n so_o he_o spend_v his_o day_n here_o below_o in_o thy_o fear_n may_v after_o this_o life_n be_v crown_v of_o thou_o for_o ever_o in_o the_o heaven_n we_o béeseech_v thou_o also_o to_o bless_v his_o majesty_n most_o henorable_a privy_a counsellor_n counsel_v they_o from_o above_o let_v they_o take_v advice_n of_o thou_o in_o all_o thing_n that_o they_o may_v both_o consult_v and_o resolve_v of_o such_o course_n as_o may_v be_v most_o for_o thy_o glory_n the_o good_a of_o the_o church_n and_o the_o peace_n of_o this_o our_o commonwealth_n bless_v congregation_n that_o they_o all_o may_v be_v instrument_n of_o thy_o hand_n to_o enlarge_v thy_o son_n kingdom_n and_o to_o win_v many_o unto_o thou_o comfort_v the_o comfortless_a with_o all_o needful_a comfort_n forget_v none_o of_o thou_o that_o be_v in_o trouble_n but_o as_o their_o afflion_n be_v so_o let_v the_o joy_n and_o comfort_n of_o thy_o spirit_n be_v unto_o they_o and_o so_o sanctify_v unto_o all_o thou_o their_o affliction_n and_o trouble_n that_o they_o may_v tend_v to_o thy_o glory_n and_o their_o own_o good_a give_v we_o thankful_a heart_n for_o all_o thy_o mercy_n let_v we_o deep_o ponder_v and_o weigh_v all_o thy_o particular_a favour_n towards_o we_o that_o by_o the_o due_a consideration_n thereof_o our_o heart_n may_v be_v gain_v yet_o near_o unto_o thou_o unworthy_a child_n do_v here_o in_o thy_o sight_n free_o confess_v that_o i_o be_o a_o most_o sinful_a creature_n and_o damnable_a transgressor_n of_o all_o thy_o holy_a law_n and_o commandment_n know_v what_o i_o have_v be_v &_o what_o i_o be_o yea_o my_o conscience_n do_v accuse_v i_o of_o many_o &_o gréevous_a evil_n and_o i_o do_v daily_o feel_v by_o woeful_a experience_n how_o frail_a i_o be_o how_o prone_a to_o evil_n &_o how_o untoward_a to_o all_o goodness_n my_o mind_n be_v full_a of_o vanity_n my_o hartfull_a of_o profaneness_n my_o affection_n full_a of_o deadness_n dulness_n &_o drowzinesse_n in_o matter_n of_o thy_o worship_n &_o service_n yea_o my_o whole_a soul_n be_v full_a of_o spiritual_a blindness_n hardness_n unprofitablenes_n coldness_n and_o security_n and_o in_o very_a deed_n i_o be_o altogether_o a_o lump_n of_o sin_n &_o a_o mass_n of_o all_o misery_n &_o therefore_o i_o have_v forfeit_v thy_o favour_n &_o incur_v thy_o high_a displeasure_n &_o have_v give_v thou_o just_a cause_n to_o frown_v upon_o i_o to_o give_v i_o over_o &_o leave_v i_o to_o my_o own_o corrupt_a will_n and_o affection_n but_o o_o my_o dear_a father_n i_o have_v learn_v from_o thy_o mouth_n that_o thou_o be_v a_o god_n full_a of_o mercy_n flow_v to_o wrath_n &_o of_o great_a compassion_n &_o kindness_n towards_o all_o such_o as_o groan_v under_o the_o burden_n of_o their_o sin_n therefore_o extend_v thy_o great_a mercy_n towards_o i_o poor_a sinner_n and_o give_v i_o a_o general_a pardon_n for_o all_o my_o offence_n whatsoever_o seal_v it_o in_o the_o blood_n of_o thy_o son_n and_o seal_v it_o to_o my_o conscience_n by_o thy_o spirit_n assure_v i_o more_o and_o more_o of_o thy_o love_n &_o favour_n towards_o i_o &_o that_o thou_o be_v a_o reconcile_a father_n unto_o i_o grant_v that_o i_o may_v in_o all_o time_n to_o come_v love_v thou_o much_o because_o much_o be_v give_v and_o of_o very_a love_n fear_v thou_o and_o obey_v thou_o o_o lord_n increase_v my_o once_o at_o last_o make_v a_o conquest_n of_o the_o world_n and_o the_o flesh_n mortify_v in_o i_o whatsoever_o be_v carnal_a sanctify_v i_o throughout_o by_o thy_o spirit_n knit_v my_o heart_n to_o thou_o for_o ever_o that_o i_o may_v fear_v thy_o name_n renew_v in_o i_o the_o image_n of_o thy_o son_n christ_n daily_o more_o and_o more_o give_v i_o a_o delight_n in_o the_o read_n and_o meditation_n of_o thy_o word_n let_v i_o rejoice_v in_o the_o public_a ministry_n thereof_o let_v i_o love_n and_o reverence_v all_o the_o faithful_a minister_n of_o thy_o gospel_n sanctify_v their_o
