other_o therefore_o and_o for_o brevity_n sake_n i_o shall_v not_o heed_v their_o distinction_n at_o this_o time_n but_o leave_v it_o to_o every_o one_o thought_n in_o that_o which_o i_o shall_v pursue_v they_o with_o ill_a will_n for_o it_o when_o it_o be_v find_v out_o it_o be_v the_o last_o plot_n and_o high_a attempt_n of_o episcopal_a persecution_n which_o immediate_o go_v before_o their_o overthrow_n to_o dive_v into_o the_o disaffectednesse_n of_o godly_a minister_n against_o their_o way_n by_o put_v they_o upon_o the_o read_n of_o the_o book_n of_o sport_n on_o the_o lord_n day_n in_o obedience_n to_o the_o king_n but_o by_o that_o discovery_n god_n do_v take_v they_o in_o their_o own_o snare_n and_o discover_v to_o all_o man_n their_o shameful_a nakedness_n he_o do_v it_o see_v it_o be_v so_o contrary_a both_o to_o the_o rule_n of_o christianity_n and_o to_o sound_a reason_n in_o state_n affair_n and_o beside_o all_o this_o as_o in_o itself_o it_o be_v a_o point_n of_o the_o high_a tyrannical_a oppression_n and_o cruelty_n to_o intend_v a_o persecution_n against_o man_n person_n who_o be_v otherwise_o inoffensive_a in_o all_o their_o curriage_n because_o their_o secret_a affection_n be_v not_o such_o towards_o we_o as_o we_o will_v have_v they_o or_o because_o they_o can_v submit_v their_o judgement_n and_o spirit_n to_o every_o thing_n which_o we_o will_v have_v set_v up_o over_o they_o nor_o do_v in_o effect_n nabuchadnezzar_n any_o thing_n else_o when_o he_o set_v up_o his_o image_n to_o be_v worship_v but_o this_o which_o in_o a_o lesser_a degree_n be_v aim_v at_o by_o those_o who_o will_v main_o press_v this_o practice_n by_o set_v up_o lesser_a state_n image_n to_o be_v respect_v namely_o he_o seek_v this_o very_a thing_n to_o know_v
what_o all_o man_n secret_a affection_n be_v to_o his_o way_n that_o whosoever_o shall_v be_v find_v so_o stout_a as_o not_o to_o submit_v his_o spirit_n in_o a_o slavish_a manner_n to_o worship_v minister_n that_o be_v disaffect_v either_o to_o the_o state_n or_o the_o government_n thereof_o to_o be_v unwilling_a to_o meddle_v with_o act_n of_o state_n in_o his_o pulpit_n for_o i_o can_v by_o a_o infallible_a testimony_n affirm_v the_o contrary_a in_o some_o who_o i_o know_v who_o be_v as_o well_o affect_v to_o the_o state_n as_o any_o can_v be_v yet_o will_v be_v most_o averse_a from_o this_o task_n and_o that_o out_o of_o scrupulositie_n of_o conscience_n raise_v upon_o these_o and_o such_o like_a consideration_n of_o the_o inexpediency_n of_o the_o thing_n towards_o the_o good_a of_o the_o state_n and_o government_n itself_o towards_o the_o gospel_n and_o towards_o the_o ministerial_a function_n therein_o now_o if_o a_o minister_n shall_v only_o upon_o such_o ground_n as_o these_o refuse_v to_o be_v engage_v in_o that_o practice_n will_v it_o be_v either_o just_a in_o nature_n or_o conscionable_a towards_o god_n or_o profitable_a to_o the_o government_n that_o a_o magistrate_n shall_v discountenance_v punish_v or_o discard_v one_o of_o his_o best_a subject_n from_o his_o most_o useful_a employment_n for_o such_o a_o cause_n i_o suppose_v no_o rational_a man_n look_v upon_o i_o as_o have_v any_o other_o design_n then_o what_o i_o profess_v to_o have_v before_o he_o who_o know_v all_o secret_n which_o be_v to_o seek_v without_o all_o partiality_n the_o way_n in_o love_n to_o both_o that_o in_o the_o sense_n of_o our_o sinful_a misery_n the_o deep_a obstruction_n of_o this_o necessary_a correspondency_n which_o i_o plead_v for_o with_o the_o cause_n which_o have_v beget_v this_o distance_n seem_v to_o be_v great_a on_o the_o one_o side_n then_o on_o the_o other_o as_o by_o the_o forbearance_n which_o have_v be_v use_v by_o the_o one_o in_o case_n of_o provocation_n and_o by_o some_o fair_a offer_n towards_o the_o give_n of_o satisfaction_n unto_o the_o other_o party_n which_o find_v itself_o now_o most_o aggrieve_v do_v appear_v but_o yet_o neglect_n and_o disrespect_n towards_o each_o other_o through_o prejudice_n be_v to_o be_v acknowledge_v on_o both_o side_n as_o thing_n still_o lie_v in_o the_o high_a way_n and_o stop_v the_o inclination_n and_o attempt_n of_o their_o endeavour_v a_o mutual_a satisfaction_n and_o if_o the_o acknowledgement_n of_o this_o be_v but_o hearty_o though_o in_o general_a term_n only_o upon_o the_o score_n of_o humane_a frailty_n take_v up_o by_o both_o side_n but_o chief_o by_o that_o side_n which_o do_v think_v itself_o most_o injure_v and_o therefore_o seem_v more_o stiff_a to_o keep_v up_o the_o distance_n there_o may_v happy_o as_o i_o may_v charitable_o conjecture_v be_v some_o real_a hope_n of_o a_o reconcilement_n conceive_v upon_o the_o ground_n of_o the_o amendment_n of_o something_n which_o be_v amiss_o main_o offensive_a and_o without_o the_o removal_n of_o which_o the_o piece_n of_o this_o breach_n will_v be_v as_o to_o man_n rational_o impossible_a what_o the_o
