beside_o and_o therefore_o man_n may_v ask_v they_o and_o seek_v they_o and_o yet_o go_v without_o any_o great_a measure_n of_o they_o while_o but_o cold_a and_o indifferent_a in_o their_o desire_n this_o way_n but_o when_o their_o desire_n be_v strong_a their_o confidence_n strong_a &_o their_o request_n fervent_a and_o god_n can_v as_o it_o be_v have_v no_o rest_n for_o they_o but_o they_o be_v still_o follow_v of_o he_o night_n and_o day_n and_o will_v have_v no_o nay_o then_o do_v the_o lord_n rejoice_v over_o they_o to_o answer_v they_o in_o the_o joy_n of_o their_o heart_n and_o which_o be_v establish_v by_o he_o in_o wisdom_n and_o counsel_n but_o sure_o when_o he_o have_v first_o give_v man_n faith_n he_o do_v not_o use_v to_o bestow_v upon_o they_o any_o great_a addition_n of_o spiritual_a ability_n but_o upon_o the_o improvement_n and_o exercise_n of_o that_o faith_n in_o a_o way_n of_o dependence_n upon_o himself_o for_o it_o nor_o do_v he_o give_v much_o in_o this_o kind_n to_o those_o that_o be_v but_o of_o little_a faith_n but_o increase_v their_o spiritual_a revenue_n as_o they_o increase_v in_o the_o measure_n and_o degree_n of_o their_o reliance_n upon_o he_o for_o it_o sect._n 5_o 4._o the_o gift_n of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n by_o who_o presence_n power_n and_o influence_n the_o saint_n salvation_n must_v be_v wrought_v through_o and_o they_o affair_n which_o he_o will_v not_o have_v do_v have_v he_o not_o be_v thereunto_o encourage_v by_o those_o affection_n which_o be_v but_o the_o fruit_n of_o his_o own_o application_n even_o so_o the_o
