high_a and_o final_a judgement_n concern_v thing_n spiritual_a or_o evangelical_n viz._n what_o of_o the_o profession_n of_o thing_n evangelical_n or_o spiritual_n shall_v be_v encourage_v and_o protect_v and_o what_o not_o and_o this_o as_o and_o upon_o the_o basis_n of_o a_o government_n of_o a_o free-state_n which_o destroy_v the_o nature_n of_o it_o even_o whilst_o you_o speak_v thereof_o without_o a_o single_a person_n king-ship_n or_o house_n of_o peer_n who_o have_v take_v upon_o they_o at_o your_o prescription_n to_o be_v king_n and_o lord_n of_o conscience_n for_o where_o any_o take_v upon_o they_o to_o prescribe_v law_n and_o final_o to_o determine_v what_o shall_v be_v and_o what_o not_o as_o be_v do_v in_o the_o case_n there_o such_o assume_v superiority_n or_o lordship_n deny_v it_o and_o therefore_o have_v make_v such_o a_o provision_n shall_v be_v constrain_v by_o your_o go_v from_o the_o letter_n while_o you_o be_v make_v the_o confession_n of_o your_o faith_n in_o in_o this_o provision_n i_o say_v to_o believe_v that_o such_o be_v denier_n of_o the_o scripture_n and_o that_o such_o a_o snare_n and_o in_o such_o term_n shall_v be_v lay_v for_o they_o as_o such_o as_o in_o this_o article_n sure_o they_o can_v as_o soon_o deny_v their_o life_n the_o holy_a spirit_n in_o they_o as_o the_o word_n it_o speak_v forth_o but_o to_o your_o term_n the_o reveal_v or_o write_v word_n or_o will_v of_o god_n how_o can_v any_o thing_n be_v call_v or_o say_v by_o the_o creature_n to_o be_v the_o will_n of_o god_n but_o what_o be_v god_n discovery_n of_o himself_o or_o revelation_n to_o the_o creature_n otherwise_o who_o can_v attribute_v or_o say_v any_o such_o thing_n of_o god_n as_o his_o will_n see_v that_o he_o be_v infinite_a and_o can_v otherwise_v than_o by_o the_o revelation_n of_o himself_o and_o the_o language_n of_o his_o spirit_n in_o the_o measure_n of_o himself_o be_v comprehend_v or_o express_v how_o be_v it_o then_o and_o from_o whence_o come_v it_o that_o you_o thus_o distinguish_v the_o reveal_v will_n of_o god_n which_o imply_v something_o else_o that_o be_v or_o may_v be_v call_v by_o the_o creature_n the_o will_n of_o god_n which_o can_v be_v affirm_v so_o intrude_a into_o those_o thing_n which_o you_o have_v not_o see_v in_o a_o voluntary_a humility_n and_o worship_v of_o the_o scripture_n into_o which_o you_o be_v beguile_v and_o of_o your_o reward_n for_o your_o former_a service_n to_o the_o nation_n liberty_n by_o the_o subtlety_n of_o man_n which_o have_v lie_v in_o wait_n to_o deceive_v you_o vain_o puff_v up_o with_o their_o fleshly_a mind_n &_o not_o hold_v the_o head_n from_o which_o all_o the_o body_n by_o joint_n and_o band_n have_v nourishment_n minister_v and_o knit_v together_o increase_v with_o the_o increase_n of_o god_n how_o soon_o do_v you_o appear_v by_o this_o to_o be_v sink_v in_o the_o ground_n of_o your_o divinity_n which_o you_o lay_v as_o a_o foundation_n for_o all_o to_o build_v upon_o as_o a_o god_n for_o all_o to_o worship_v while_o you_o be_v soar_v aloft_o to_o speak_v that_o of_o god_n which_o you_o do_v not_o understand_v to_o distinguish_v of_o god_n will_n who_o be_v undistinguishable_a and_o so_o friend_n how_o soon_o be_v babel_n write_v upon_o your_o goodly_a building_n how_o quick_o be_v your_o language_n confound_v lift_v it_o self_n up_o indeed_o to_o by_o the_o revelation_n of_o the_o same_o spirit_n which_o inspire_v the_o holy_a man_n of_o god_n who_o speak_v and_o write_v as_o they_o be_v move_v of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n know_v any_o man_n revelation_n what_o faith_n be_v this_o that_o you_o impose_v upon_o all_o people_n to_o confess_v upon_o pain_n of_o be_v deny_v protection_n whether_o they_o have_v receive_v the_o spirit_n or_o not_o which_o spirit_n unless_o they_o have_v receive_v and_o by_o it_o speak_v they_o can_v acknowledge_v it_o to_o
be_v such_o without_o a_o lie_n against_o the_o truth_n what_o a_o religion_n have_v you_o here_o hold_v forth_o that_o say_v profess_v so_o and_o so_o of_o god_n christ_n the_o spirit_n whether_o thou_o of_o a_o truth_n know_v they_o to_o be_v so_o or_o no_o and_o acknowledge_v the_o scripture_n to_o be_v so_o and_o so_o whether_o they_o say_v so_o of_o themselves_o or_o of_o god_n christ_n the_o spirit_n or_o that_o thou_o understand_v they_o by_o the_o spirit_n to_o be_v so_o or_o not_o or_o thou_o shall_v be_v cast_v out_o what_o a_o cruelty_n be_v in_o this_o religion_n that_o require_v a_o man_n to_o profess_v what_o he_o know_v not_o nor_o can_v without_o another_o viz._n the_o spirit_n as_o i_o have_v prove_v and_o the_o gift_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n can_v be_v buy_v that_o mind_n your_o protection_n and_o all_o have_v not_o the_o spirit_n he_o lie_v and_o so_o you_o expose_v he_o to_o the_o danger_n of_o the_o lake_n that_o burn_v with_o fire_n and_o brimstone_n father_n &_o the_o son_n and_o for_o that_o those_o of_o they_o which_o be_v scripture_n word_n be_v not_o where_o speak_v by_o the_o holy_a ghost_n in_o the_o scripture_n so_o together_o as_o you_o public_o hold_v forth_o be_v not_o intend_v in_o this_o article_n nay_o its_o clear_a cut_v out_o but_o the_o force_n of_o the_o conscience_n of_o all_o such_o as_o shall_v differ_v in_o judgement_n from_o that_o which_o it_o hold_v forth_o as_o the_o public_a profession_n which_o quite_o overthrow_v liberty_n of_o conscience_n and_o it_o be_v worthy_a the_o observation_n that_o the_o clause_n viz._n however_o differ_v in_o judgement_n from_o the_o doctrine_n worship_n or_o discipline_n public_o hold_v forth_o and_o according_a to_o their_o conscience_n be_v whole_o leave_v out_o of_o this_o six_o article_n of_o your_o address_n it_o be_v the_o whole_a matter_n and_o word_n of_o the_o first_o and_o second_o article_n of_o your_o settlement_n aforesaid_a unto_o which_o these_o clause_n of_o the_o three_o have_v relation_n which_o undeniable_o manifest_v that_o as_o there_o be_v not_o a_o word_n of_o conscience_n in_o this_o your_o new_a cause_n and_o profession_n of_o religion_n so_o that_o it_o proceed_v from_o the_o spirit_n not_o that_o which_o fight_v for_o but_o that_o which_o fight_v against_o and_o have_v murder_v liberty_n of_o conscience_n and_o further_o of_o the_o lord_n what_o have_v since_o be_v attempt_v and_o for_o that_o i_o also_o know_v and_o observe_v the_o working_n of_o he_o and_o he_o know_v it_o that_o miss-led_n you_o from_z worcester_z fight_z to_o that_o time_n yea_o i_o observe_v how_o that_o principle_n enter_v and_o wrought_v from_o the_o time_n of_o his_o and_o many_o of_o your_o fall_v under_o the_o king_n by_o a_o heart_n of_o unbelief_n assoon_o as_o he_o and_o you_o be_v deliver_v by_o the_o spirit_n that_o rise_v in_o the_o soldiery_n and_o the_o inferior_a officer_n at_o triploe_n heath_n from_o the_o major_a party_n in_o parliament_n which_o vote_v you_o traitor_n unheard_a for_o your_o innocent_a petition_n intend_v to_o be_v present_v they_o by_o your_o general_n for_o thing_n necessary_a to_o you_o
