and_o be_v perpetual_a never_o to_o be_v change_v whereas_o the_o former_a have_v their_o warrant_n only_o from_o man_n and_o so_o do_v not_o bind_v all_o church_n alike_o and_o may_v be_v change_v yea_o take_v clean_o away_o and_o serve_v only_o for_o christian_a policy_n and_o good_a order_n in_o the_o church_n that_o man_n upon_o these_o day_n may_v come_v together_o and_o serve_v god_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v to_o be_v provide_v that_o there_o shall_v not_o be_v too_o many_o of_o they_o lest_o thereby_o man_n shall_v be_v hinder_v from_o the_o necessary_a work_n of_o their_o calling_n which_o have_v move_v the_o reform_a church_n as_o in_o this_o realm_n so_o elsewhere_a to_o cut_v off_o many_o that_o be_v use_v in_o the_o time_n of_o popery_n and_o so_o to_o keep_v themselves_o
