with_o equal_a truth_n and_o propriety_n be_v affirm_v and_o deny_v of_o the_o other_o prove_v all_o that_o the_o dean_n will_v desire_v viz._n that_o every_o distinct_a person_n in_o the_o godhead_n be_v distinct_o by_o himself_o a_o infinite_a mind_n because_o he_o be_v distinct_o by_o himself_o god_n and_o god_n be_v infinite_a mind_n and_o therefore_o every_o person_n who_o be_v god_n be_v infinite_a mind_n for_o no_o person_n can_v by_o himself_o be_v god_n who_o have_v not_o by_o himself_o all_o the_o perfection_n that_o belong_v to_o the_o idea_n of_o god_n so_o that_o here_o be_v three_o person_n in_o the_o godhead_n each_o of_o which_o by_o himself_o be_v infinite_a mind_n and_o therefore_o though_o it_o may_v be_v improper_a in_o a_o absolute_a sense_n to_o say_v there_o be_v three_o eternal_a and_o infinite_a mind_n when_o we_o acknowledge_v this_o infinite_a mind_n be_v and_o eternal_o be_v essential_o and_o inseparable_o one_o yet_o we_o must_v say_v that_o this_o one_o infinite_a mind_n be_v essential_o distinguish_v into_o three_o infinite_a intelligent_a person_n who_o in_o any_o other_o case_n we_o shall_v call_v three_o mind_n and_o be_v as_o much_o three_o as_o be_v consistent_a with_o the_o essential_a unity_n of_o the_o godhead_n and_o this_o be_v reason_n enough_o to_o consider_v the_o distinction_n of_o person_n and_o the_o unity_n of_o the_o godhead_n as_o we_o will_v the_o distinction_n and_o unity_n of_o three_o mind_n and_o then_o this_o one_o eternal_a infinite_a mind_n may_v be_v distinguish_v into_o three_o intelligent_a person_n by_o three_o self_n consciousness_n and_o be_v essential_o one_o by_o a_o natural_a mutual-consciousness_n which_o be_v all_o the_o dean_n intend_v or_o have_v occasion_n to_o assert_v and_o if_o this_o be_v all_o he_o mean_v by_o the_o godhead_n and_o infinite_a mind_n which_o be_v common_a to_o all_o three_o person_n the_o dean_n ready_o agree_v with_o he_o and_o in_o this_o sense_n will_v no_o more_o say_v that_o there_o be_v three_o infinite_a mind_n than_o that_o there_o be_v three_o go_n the_o animadverter_n be_v aware_a of_o this_o that_o the_o same_o objection_n of_o three_o god_n will_v as_o well_o lie_v against_o three_o person_n as_o against_o three_o mind_n and_o let_v we_o consider_v how_o he_o avoid_v the_o blow_n the_o difference_n he_o make_v between_o they_o be_v this_o that_o three_o infinite_a mind_n or_o spirit_n be_v three_o absolute_a simple_a being_n or_o essence_n and_o so_o stand_v distinguish_v from_o one_o another_o by_o their_o whole_a being_n or_o nature_n the_o sum_n of_o which_o be_v no_o more_o but_o this_o that_o three_o distinct_a mind_n be_v three_o distinct_a god_n because_o they_o be_v distinguish_v but_o if_o notwithstanding_o their_o distinction_n they_o be_v essential_o and_o inseparable_o one_o they_o be_v not_o three_o distinct_a god_n but_o a_o real_a trinity_n of_o divine_a person_n in_o the_o unity_n of_o the_o godhead_n which_o all_o man_n must_v own_v who_o believe_v a_o trinity_n in_o unity_n but_o be_v not_o three_o infinite_a intelligent_a person_n as_o much_o three_o absolute_a simple_a being_n and_o essence_n as_o three_o mind_n no_o by_o no_o mean_n the_o divine_a person_n be_v three_o relative_n or_o one_o simple_a be_v or_o essence_n under_o three_o distinct_a relation_n and_o consequent_o differ_v from_o one_o another_o not_o whole_o and_o by_o all_o that_o be_v in_o they_o but_o only_o by_o some_o mode_n or_o respect_n peculiar_a to_o each_o and_o upon_o that_o
