christ_n and_o so_o it_o be_v distinguish_v from_o the_o worship_n of_o the_o heathen_a who_o worship_v he_o only_o as_o the_o creator_n of_o the_o world._n they_o worship_v and_o adore_v he_o behold_v the_o character_n of_o his_o power_n wisdom_n and_o goodness_n in_o the_o work_v of_o his_o creation_n but_o the_o christian_a worship_n and_o adore_v he_o behold_v his_o love_n mercy_n and_o grace_n etc._n etc._n manifest_v in_o the_o work_n of_o redemption_n he_o worship_v god_n rather_o as_o he_o be_v in_o christ_n than_o in_o the_o creature_n and_o the_o heathen_a worship_a god_n in_o the_o creature_n do_v lead_v they_o at_o last_o to_o worship_v the_o creature_n themselves_o and_o so_o become_v idolater_n instead_o of_o true_a worshipper_n yea_o the_o apostle_n say_v they_o worship_v and_o serve_v the_o creature_n more_o than_o the_o creator_n rom._n 1._o 25._o they_o do_v not_o worship_n god_n in_o his_o creature_n but_o divide_v their_o worship_n betwixt_o god_n and_o his_o creature_n and_o the_o creature_n get_v the_o great_a share_n of_o it_o but_o none_o of_o this_o be_v christian_a worship_n the_o apostle_n give_v account_v how_o he_o worship_v god_n 2_o cor._n christian_a worshipper_n worship_v in_o humility_n of_o mind_n the_o christian_a religion_n so_o clear_o show_v man_n above_o all_o religion_n his_o lose_a and_o wretched_a state_n in_o his_o fall_n and_o that_o he_o have_v all_o his_o righteousness_n life_n strength_n and_o hope_n in_o another_o out_o of_o himself_o it_o teach_v he_o to_o worship_n in_o humility_n as_o the_o twenty_o four_o elder_n worship_n fall_v upon_o their_o face_n and_o cast_v down_o their_o crown_n before_o the_o throne_n rev._n 4._o 10._o a_o representation_n of_o right_a gospel-worship_n which_o christ_n therefore_o will_v have_v dress_v up_o in_o a_o decent_a plainness_n that_o it_o may_v be_v perform_v in_o humility_n and_o not_o in_o ostentation_n thus_o we_o see_v what_o be_v the_o internal_a part_n of_o right_a christian-worship_n not_o that_o it_o do_v not_o require_v also_o the_o humble_a gesture_n and_o adoration_n of_o the_o outward_a
