with_o bend_a knee_n and_o a_o thankful_a heart_n prostrate_v myself_o before_o thou_o at_o this_o time_n acknowledge_v that_o thou_o have_v be_v a_o love_a father_n unto_o i_o not_o only_o before_o i_o be_v yet_o bear_v but_o ever_o since_o i_o hang_v upon_o my_o mother_n breast_n manifest_a experience_n have_v i_o have_v of_o thy_o manifold_a mercy_n many_o time_n but_o never_o more_o than_o in_o my_o late_a and_o last_o visitation_n i_o offer_v now_o unto_o thou_o a_o sacrifice_n of_o praise_n because_o i_o employ_v not_o the_o faculty_n of_o my_o soul_n and_o member_n of_o my_o body_n as_o i_o shall_v have_v do_v thou_o do_v bereave_v i_o of_o the_o strength_n and_o vigour_n and_o use_v of_o they_o for_o a_o season_n but_o now_o because_o thy_o compassion_n fail_v not_o thou_o have_v return_v they_o to_o i_o again_o wherefore_o i_o consecrate_v and_o devote_v they_o perpetual_o to_o thy_o service_n and_o as_o i_o be_o in_o the_o state_n of_o my_o body_n so_o by_o the_o power_n of_o thy_o renew_n grace_n i_o will_v become_v in_o the_o estate_n of_o my_o soul_n a_o new_a man_n my_o break_a heart_n which_o thou_o have_v heal_v shall_v now_o entire_o love_v thou_o my_o feeble_a knee_n and_o weak_a bone_n which_o thou_o have_v settle_v shall_v night_n and_o day_n bow_v to_o thou_o my_o weak_a hand_n which_o thou_o have_v strengthen_v shall_v continual_o be_v lift_v up_o unto_o thou_o i_o confess_v unto_o thou_o o_o lord_n that_o in_o my_o health_n i_o often_o read_v and_o hear_v that_o worldly_a delight_n and_o comfort_n be_v vain_a and_o much_o like_a flag_n and_o bulrush_n which_o man_n in_o danger_n of_o drown_v catch_v to_o bear_v they_o up_o but_o they_o sink_v down_o under_o water_n with_o they_o yet_o do_v i_o not_o learn_v till_o i_o suffer_v it_o not_o make_v i_o to_o repent_v of_o my_o sin_n the_o cause_n of_o my_o sickness_n and_o to_o depend_v upon_o thou_o the_o giver_n of_o all_o good_a thing_n and_o make_v i_o in_o the_o time_n of_o prosperity_n to_o think_v of_o adversity_n in_o health_n to_o think_v of_o sickness_n in_o sickness_n to_o think_v of_o death_n and_o at_o all_o time_n so_o to_o think_v of_o judgement_n that_o whether_o i_o wake_v or_o sleep_v eat_v or_o drink_v or_o whatsoever_o i_o do_v else_o i_o may_v ever_o have_v this_o sound_v in_o my_o ear_n arise_v you_o dead_a and_o come_v to_o judgement_n give_v i_o grace_n o_o lord_n to_o make_v this_o use_n of_o my_o affliction_n past_a and_o to_o cleave_v and_o stick_v fast_o unto_o thou_o in_o all_o holiness_n for_o the_o time_n to_o come_v through_o my_o lord_n and_o saviour_n jesus_n christ_n in_o who_o name_n and_o word_n i_o further_o pray_v our_o father_n etc._n etc._n of_o death_n and_o now_o i_o can_v think_v any_o conclusion_n more_o fit_a and_o proper_a
