by_o a_o restitution_n of_o the_o soul_n to_o its_o proper_a and_o native_a sovereignty_n and_o dominion_n over_o the_o sensual_a appetite_n and_o those_o lust_n that_o arise_v from_o the_o constitution_n of_o the_o body_n and_o the_o connexion_n of_o the_o soul_n to_o it_o and_o this_o restitution_n be_v answerable_a to_o the_o depravation_n or_o impotence_n whereby_o the_o soul_n be_v subject_v and_o captivate_v under_o those_o lust_n which_o be_v principal_o these_o follow_v 1._o the_o first_o ground_n of_o the_o impotency_n of_o the_o soul_n in_o subdue_a of_o the_o sensual_a appetite_n be_v in_o the_o understanding_n which_o be_v so_o far_o weaken_v or_o darken_v by_o natural_a corruption_n that_o it_o be_v ready_a in_o point_n of_o judgement_n to_o prefer_v the_o understanding_n and_o reason_n which_o in_o the_o right_a posture_n and_o constitution_n of_o the_o humane_a nature_n be_v to_o govern_v guide_n moderate_a and_o order_n that_o inferior_a faculty_n pray_v over_o that_o which_o thou_o have_v before_o ask_v and_o to_o pray_v for_o that_o which_o before_o thou_o have_v omit_v 4._o as_o it_o be_v a_o comprehensive_a prayer_n and_o contain_v much_o according_a to_o our_o own_o narrowness_n with_o abridgement_n he_o know_v the_o shortness_n of_o our_o memory_n and_o therefore_o he_o give_v his_o will_n under_o the_o old_a law_n in_o ten_o word_n christ_n he_o give_v we_o another_o abridgement_n of_o that_o abridgement_n love_n god_n and_o thy_o neighbour_n god_n also_o know_v the_o weakness_n of_o our_o spirit_n and_o therefore_o he_o give_v
