and_o the_o deity_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n and_o yet_o afterward_o repent_v and_o be_v receive_v into_o the_o bosom_n of_o the_o church_n and_o you_o do_v not_o find_v that_o these_o pharisee_n who_o be_v here_o charge_v with_o this_o sin_n do_v either_o deny_v the_o personality_n or_o the_o deity_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n so_o that_o plain_o then_o the_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n do_v not_o consist_v in_o this_o the_o mere_a and_o bare_a deny_v of_o the_o personality_n or_o the_o deity_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n second_o as_o it_o do_v not_o consist_v therein_o so_o neither_o do_v it_o consist_v in_o every_o opposition_n or_o in_o a_o bare_a opposition_n unto_o the_o work_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n as_o distinct_a from_o the_o father_n and_o the_o son_n unto_o god_n the_o father_n belong_v power_n unto_o the_o son_n wisdom_n unto_o the_o spirit_n holiness_n the_o work_n of_o the_o father_n be_v to_o create_v the_o work_n of_o the_o son_n to_o redeem_v the_o work_n of_o the_o spirit_n or_o the_o holy_a ghost_n to_o sanctify_v aâ—d_v hereupon_o some_o hauâ—_n think_v that_o opposition_n unto_o holiness_n be_v the_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n seed_n and_o peace_n in_o the_o flower_n as_o it_o be_v with_o many_o a_o wicked_a man_n for_o the_o present_a he_o have_v great_a comfort_n but_o when_o affliction_n come_v and_o the_o day_n of_o death_n come_v than_o he_o have_v trouble_v trouble_v in_o regard_n of_o sin_n why_o the_o sin_n and_o guilt_n be_v in_o his_o heart_n before_o only_o it_o lay_v sleep_v there_o but_o now_o it_o be_v rise_v so_o with_o a_o godly_a man_n in_o regard_n of_o his_o peace_n possible_o for_o the_o present_a he_o may_v be_v full_a of_o trouble_n but_o when_o affliction_n come_v and_o the_o hour_n of_o death_n come_v than_o he_o have_v peace_n and_o comfort_n why_o it_o be_v there_o before_o it_o be_v at_o the_o bottom_n only_o he_o be_v not_o aware_a of_o it_o he_o do_v not_o know_v of_o it_o for_o in_o his_o duty_n he_o that_o write_v better_a than_o he_o do_v before_o do_v not_o write_v more_o paper_n or_o make_v more_o letter_n only_o he_o do_v write_v more_o exact_o and_o accurate_o so_o the_o grow_v christian_a do_v not_o perform_v more_o duty_n than_o he_o do_v before_o but_o the_o same_o more_o exact_o the_o more_o a_o man_n see_v and_o understand_v his_o christian_a liberty_n and_o yet_o do_v walk_v more_o strict_o the_o more_o he_o do_v grow_v in_o grace_n some_o think_v they_o grow_v in_o grace_n because_o they_o have_v more_o understanding_n in_o their_o christian_a liberty_n though_o they_o do_v walk_v more_o loose_o these_o be_v deceive_v in_o their_o spiritual_a growth_n but_o if_o i_o know_v my_o christian_a liberty_n more_o full_o and_o now_o do_v walk_v more_o strict_o in_o my_o life_n then_o do_v i_o grow_v in_o grace_n indeed_o now_o be_v it_o not_o thus_o with_o you_o yes_o through_o grace_n i_o be_o able_a to_o say_v that_o i_o see_v my_o word_n first_o the_o largeness_n of_o god_n heart_n in_o forgive_a sin_n unto_o the_o child_n of_o man_n every_o sin_n all_o manner_n of_o sin_n and_o blasphemy_n shall_v be_v forgive_v unto_o man_n second_o you_o have_v here_o the_o unpardonableness_n of_o the_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n but_o the_o blasphemy_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n shall_v not_o be_v forgive_v unto_o man_n i_o will_v rather_o choose_v to_o speak_v unto_o the_o former_a argument_n but_o if_o i_o shall_v do_v so_o at_o the_o first_o possible_o some_o poor_a soul_n will_v say_v though_o god_n heart_n be_v very_o large_a in_o forgive_a sin_n yet_o there_o be_v one_o sin_n that_o shall_v never_o be_v forgive_v the_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n and_o i_o fear_v i_o have_v commit_v that_o that_o i_o may_v therefore_o take_v away_o this_o obstruction_n and_o make_v your_o way_n plain_a and_o easy_a to_o the_o forgive_a mercy_n of_o the_o lord_n i_o shall_v at_o this_o timâ—â—eak_n unto_o the_o last_o of_o these_o two_o argument_n but_o the_o blaspheâ—â—â—â—â—ainst_a the_o holy_a ghost_n shall_v not_o be_v forgive_v whosoever_o speaâ—â—â—_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n it_o shall_v not_o be_v forgive_v he_o neither_o in_o this_o world_n neither_o in_o the_o world_n to_o come_v for_o the_o open_n of_o which_o word_n two_o question_n must_v be_v answer_v quest_n 1_o the_o first_o be_v whether_o these_o jew_n that_o our_o saviour_n speak_v these_o word_n unto_o do_v then_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n answ_n some_o think_v no._n but_o i_o rather_o conceive_v that_o these_o pharisee_n do_v sin_v this_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n for_o if_o you_o look_v into_o the_o 3d_o chapter_n of_o mark_n you_o shall_v find_v that_o our_o lord_n and_o saviour_n speak_v this_o because_o of_o some_o word_n that_o they_o have_v speak_v against_o he_o he_o have_v cast_v out_o devil_n and_o they_o say_v he_o â—ast_v out_o devil_n by_o the_o prince_n of_o devil_n verse_n 22._o whereupon_o our_o saviour_n reason_v with_o they_o and_o at_o last_o he_o say_v 〈◊〉_d verse_n â—8_o very_o i_o say_v unto_o you_o all_o sin_n shall_v be_v forgive_v unto_o the_o son_n of_o man_n and_o blasphemy_n verse_n 29._o but_o he_o that_o shall_v blaspheme_v against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n shall_v never_o be_v forgive_v and_o the_o reason_n
