that_o he_o flee_v for_o refuge_n somewhere_o i_o grant_v some_o have_v a_o high_a and_o some_o a_o lesser_a degree_n of_o this_o seriousness_n as_o we_o show_v in_o the_o former_a part_n of_o this_o treatise_n but_o if_o we_o speak_v of_o the_o lord_n ordinary_a way_n of_o work_v with_o those_o who_o be_v come_v to_o age_n we_o say_v they_o must_v very_o serious_o take_v their_o soul_n estate_n to_o heart_n despair_v of_o help_n in_o themselves_o since_o the_o whole_a need_n no_o physician_n but_o those_o who_o be_v sick_a mat._n 9_o 12._o as_o for_o the_o measure_n we_o plead_v on_o that_o which_o probable_o do_v suppose_v that_o a_o man_n will_v be_v induce_v thereby_o to_o transact_v cordial_o with_o christ_n on_o any_o term_n he_o do_v offer_v himself_o to_o be_v close_v with_o the_o second_o thing_n pre-required_n of_o he_o who_o will_v believe_v on_o christ_n jesus_n be_v he_o must_v know_v and_o take_v to_o heart_n the_o way_n of_o escape_n from_o god_n wrath_n the_o spirit_n must_v convince_v he_o of_o that_o righteousness_n here_o a_o man_n must_v understand_v somewhat_o distinct_o that_o god_n have_v devise_v a_o way_n to_o save_v poor_a lose_a man_n by_o jesus_n christ_n who_o perfect_a righteousness_n have_v satisfy_v offend_v justice_n and_o procure_v pardon_n and_o everlasting_a favour_n to_o all_o those_o who_o he_o persuade_v by_o his_o gospel_n to_o suffice_v that_o man_n be_v come_v of_o believe_a parent_n their_o faith_n will_v not_o instate_v their_o child_n into_o a_o right_n to_o the_o spiritual_a blessing_n of_o the_o covenant_n neither_o will_v it_o suffice_v that_o parent_n do_v in_o some_o respect_n engage_v for_o their_o child_n and_o give_v they_o away_o unto_o god_n all_o these_o thing_n do_v not_o avail_v the_o child_n of_o the_o kingdom_n and_o of_o godly_a predecessor_n be_v cast_v out_o unless_o a_o man_n in_o his_o own_o person_n put_v out_o faith_n in_o christ_n jesus_n and_o with_o his_o own_o heart_n please_v affectionate_a in_o any_o thing_n sure_o he_o must_v be_v so_o here_o in_o this_o one_o thing_n necessary_a it_o must_v not_o be_v simple_o a_o fancy_n in_o the_o head_n but_o it_o must_v be_v a_o
