but_o a_o body_n without_o a_o soul_n when_o they_o worship_v in_o blind_a sacrifice_n in_o a_o strange_a language_n be_v this_o a_o spiritual_a worship_n when_o they_o neither_o know_v what_o they_o do_v nor_o say_v let_v we_o show_v that_o we_o be_v not_o of_o their_o number_n come_v we_o with_o love_n and_o with_o the_o intention_n of_o all_o our_o affection_n and_o this_o will_v sway_v the_o whole_a man_n body_n and_o soul_n and_o so_o shall_v we_o worship_v he_o in_o truth_n and_o not_o in_o hypocrisy_n as_o many_o do_v that_o bring_v their_o idol_n with_o they_o their_o mind_n be_v on_o gesture_n as_o hold_v up_o hand_n bend_v the_o knee_n cast_v up_o the_o eye_n they_o be_v thing_n that_o may_v easy_o be_v do_v second_o they_o make_v a_o glorious_a show_n in_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o world_n be_v a_o commendable_a and_o good_a quality_n to_o be_v religious_a especial_o if_o they_o be_v observe_v so_o to_o be_v three_o its_o beneficial_a to_o man_n when_o as_o hereby_o they_o be_v know_v to_o be_v no_o atheist_n and_o therefore_o not_o that_o way_n uncapable_a of_o preferment_n or_o the_o like_a four_o outward_a worship_n satisfy_v conscience_n a_o little_a man_n know_v they_o must_v worship_v god_n and_o goâ—_n to_o church_n that_o these_o be_v mean_n to_o save_v man_n and_o thâ—y_v think_v that_o in_o do_v so_o they_o stop_v the_o cry_n of_o their_o conscience_n alas_o alas_o these_o sleepy_a blind_a conscience_n of_o they_o will_v â—t_a length_n awake_a and_o will_v accuse_v they_o for_o the_o outward_a ceremonious_a hypocritical_a worship_n of_o he_o that_o require_v the_o spirit_n to_o worship_v he_o with_o ob._n but_o some_o man_n may_v say_v how_o shall_v we_o know_v whether_o we_o serve_v god_n in_o spirit_n or_o no_o answ._n i_o answer_v observe_v these_o property_n worshipper_n first_o whether_o thou_o lament_v thy_o defect_n in_o the_o best_a action_n thou_o do_v and_o be_v not_o puff_v up_o with_o conceit_n of_o the_o sufficiency_n of_o thy_o performance_n paul_n find_v this_o in_o he_o for_o although_o he_o live_v be_v a_o pharisee_n as_o concern_v the_o law_n unrebukable_a yet_o when_o he_o be_v convert_v he_o see_v much_o corruption_n which_o before_o he_o know_v not_o and_o lament_n and_o bewail_v it_o rom._n 7._o second_o examine_v thyself_o whether_o thou_o make_v conscience_n of_o private_a closet_n duty_n of_o the_o weak_a christian_a for_o every_o cross_n strike_v at_o his_o heart_n and_o at_o the_o foundation_n of_o his_o faith_n make_v he_o present_o doubt_v of_o god_n love_n and_o favour_n to_o he_o six_o sign_n a_o grow_v christian_n he_o be_v experience_v to_o find_v out_o satan_n devise_n and_o plot_n and_o can_v put_v a_o difference_n between_o the_o motion_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o the_o these_o thing_n and_o therefore_o ere_o he_o be_v aware_a run_v into_o many_o offence_n and_o look_n for_o no_o remedy_n seven_o sign_n a_o well_o ground_v christian_n can_v withstand_v the_o bitter_a blast_n and_o opposition_n of_o this_o world_n nothing_o can_v move_v paul_n nor_o separate_v he_o from_o the_o love_n of_o god_n but_o a_o weak_a christian_a either_o be_v blow_v away_o or_o at_o the_o least_o shake_v with_o every_o blast_n as_o it_o be_v in_o young_a tree_n new_o plant_v eight_o a_o ground_a christian_n bear_v with_o the_o infirmity_n he_o see_v in_o other_o he_o pity_v
