bate_v one_o breadth_n of_o their_o broad_a ruff_n or_o set_v a_o part_n one_o dish_n of_o their_o dainty_a superfluity_n at_o every_o feast_n towards_o the_o relief_n of_o so_o many_o poor_a lazares_n as_o abound_v round_o about_o we_o at_o this_o day_n yea_o what_o have_v i_o see_v to_o the_o contrary_a namely_o thus_o that_o where_o there_o have_v be_v a_o motion_n make_v on_o the_o sabbath_n day_n in_o the_o church_n by_o the_o minister_n to_o the_o whole_a congregation_n assemble_v in_o the_o behalf_n of_o two_o poor_a sick_a naked_a hungry_a and_o impotent_a person_n for_o some_o relief_n there_o have_v be_v gather_v in_o the_o same_o day_n in_o the_o afternoon_n four_o time_n as_o much_o for_o a_o bearward_n and_o his_o bear_n as_o have_v be_v give_v and_o collect_v towards_o those_o two_o poor_a christian_a person_n which_o argue_v the_o coldness_n of_o charity_n in_o many_o heart_n and_o the_o deadness_n of_o devotion_n among_o those_o that_o shall_v shine_v as_o lamp_n in_o all_o manner_n of_o good_a work_n above_o other_o so_o that_o of_o the_o true_a zealous_a devout_a and_o charitable_a convert_v christian_n indeed_o i_o may_v say_v as_o job_n speak_v of_o the_o good_a interpreter_n if_o there_o be_v one_o among_o a_o thousand_o it_o be_v marvel_n wherefore_o in_o the_o way_n of_o a_o general_a admonition_n i_o say_v let_v he_o that_o think_v he_o stand_v take_v heed_n lest_o he_o fall_v for_o but_o only_a no_n daniel_n and_o job_n shall_v deliver_v their_o ownesoule_n by_o their_o righteousness_n that_o be_v from_o the_o plague_n or_o punishment_n that_o i_o will_v bring_v upon_o they_o from_z whence_o arise_v a_o double_a question_n to_o be_v dissolve_v first_o whether_o any_o man_n can_v deliver_v his_o own_o soul_n by_o his_o any_o present_a plague_n or_o punishment_n or_o from_o everlasting_a death_n as_o some_o suppose_n to_o the_o first_o i_o answer_v that_o no_o man_n can_v deliver_v his_o soul_n nor_o the_o soul_n of_o another_o man_n from_o death_n temporal_a or_o eternal_a which_o the_o prophet_n david_n proove_v plain_o say_v yet_o a_o man_n by_o no_o mean_n can_v redeem_v his_o brother_n he_o can_v give_v his_o ransom_n to_o god_n so_o precious_a be_v the_o redemption_n of_o their_o soul_n &_o the_o continuance_n for_o ever_o that_o he_o may_v live_v still_o for_o ever_o &_o not_o see_v the_o grave_n ps_n 49._o ver_fw-la 7._o 8._o 9_o second_o to_o approve_v that_o there_o be_v no_o such_o righteousness_n in_o man_n as_o thereby_o to_o deliver_v his_o own_o soul_n the_o prophet_n david_n say_v already_o from_o some_o temporal_a plague_n or_o punishment_n threaten_v or_o deserve_v as_o we_o read_v of_o the_o king_n of_o niniveh_n and_o his_o people_n how_o they_o prevent_v their_o destruction_n by_o repentance_n which_o otherwise_o shall_v have_v ensue_v within_o forty_o day_n of_o hezekia_n who_o call_v upon_o the_o lord_n in_o the_o time_n of_o his_o sickness_n and_o true_o repent_v
