slender_o account_v of_o in_o the_o world_n of_o mere_a worldly_a &_o carnal_a man_n see_v they_o have_v no_o skill_n at_o all_o to_o judge_v of_o the_o rare_a virtue_n and_o operation_n thereof_o neither_o by_o mean_n of_o the_o outward_a sense_n of_o their_o body_n nor_o yet_o by_o the_o force_n &_o power_n of_o their_o soul_n but_o be_v altogether_o like_a unto_o the_o cock_n whereof_o the_o god_n to_o the_o endanger_v of_o their_o own_o soul_n to_o the_o great_a scandal_n or_o offence_n of_o other_o &_o to_o the_o extreme_a grief_n of_o heart_n of_o each_o true_a faithful_a and_o godly_a christian_a see_v the_o case_n thus_o stand_v i_o say_v and_o these_o premise_n due_o consider_v i_o have_v think_v it_o meet_v and_o very_o agree_v with_o my_o call_n to_o spend_v a_o little_a time_n in_o contrive_v these_o plain_a and_o simple_a treatise_n of_o faith_n and_o the_o fruit_n thereof_o hereafter_o follow_v to_o this_o end_n that_o partly_o by_o the_o help_n hereof_o if_o god_n give_v a_o blessing_n thereunto_o but_o chief_o by_o prayer_n read_v and_o hear_v of_o god_n word_n preach_v the_o ignorant_a sort_n may_v attain_v unto_o the_o knowledge_n of_o faith_n and_o other_o nothing_o 13.21_o mat._n 13.21_o worthy_a to_o be_v commend_v but_o be_v like_a unto_o that_o faith_n whereof_o saint_n james_n speak_v that_o be_v dead_a in_o itself_o to_o speak_v nothing_o 2.17_o wit_n and_o natural_a understanding_n of_o man_n but_o what_o be_v it_o will_n some_o say_v that_o you_o do_v so_o commend_v will_v thou_o know_v sure_o it_o be_v that_o which_o thy_o tongue_n have_v utter_v a_o thousand_o time_n when_o thou_o have_v say_v i_o believe_v in_o god_n and_o be_v this_o such_o a_o great_a matter_n will_n worldling_n say_v to_o believe_v in_o god_n do_v this_o only_a believe_v in_o god_n the_o devil_n believe_v the_o first_o and_o the_o second_o that_o god_n be_v true_a of_o his_o promise_n which_o be_v to_o believe_v god_n and_o they_o also_o believe_v there_o be_v one_o god_n and_o no_o more_o and_o tremble_v as_o saint_n james_n say_v but_o they_o 2.19_o jam._n 2.19_o believe_v not_o the_o three_o that_o be_v in_o god_n which_o be_v as_o much_o as_o to_o
