only_o to_o be_v read_v and_o see_v in_o that_o light_n which_o write_v they_o and_o all_o these_o carnal_a apprehension_n of_o his_o with_o all_o the_o faith_n hope_n love_n knowledge_n exercise_n etc._n etc._n which_o he_o have_v gain_v into_o his_o spirit_n hereby_o with_o all_o his_o prayer_n tear_n and_o fast_n and_o other_o limitation_n will_v become_v loss_n to_o he_o for_o he_o must_v be_v strip_v of_o they_o all_o and_o become_v so_o much_o the_o more_o naked_a when_o god_n recover_v his_o scripture_n from_o man_n dark_a spirit_n which_o have_v tear_v they_o and_o exceed_o profane_a they_o with_o his_o conceiving_n guessing_n and_o imagine_n and_o restore_v they_o again_o to_o his_o people_n the_o prophet_n and_o apostle_n who_o write_v scripture_n first_o have_v the_o life_n and_o spirit_n which_o pen_v it_o there_o be_v then_o no_o more_o jangle_n and_o contend_v about_o it_o for_o all_o this_o be_v out_o of_o the_o life_n from_o and_o in_o that_o spirit_n nature_n and_o mind_n where_o the_o lust_n the_o enmity_n the_o contention_n be_v and_o not_o the_o unity_n the_o love_n the_o peace_n but_o this_o be_v it_o which_o undo_v all_o the_o dead_a spirit_n of_o man_n read_v scripture_n and_o from_o that_o wisdom_n which_o be_v in_o the_o death_n not_o know_v the_o mind_n of_o the_o spirit_n give_v meaning_n and_o from_o believe_v and_o practise_v the_o thing_n there_o speak_v of_o which_o death_n may_v do_v as_o well_o as_o speak_v of_o the_o fame_n gather_v a_o hope_n that_o all_o shall_v be_v well_o at_o last_o for_o christ_n sake_n though_o it_o feel_v not_o the_o purification_n the_o cleanse_n the_o circumcision_n which_o cut_v off_o the_o body_n of_o sin_n and_o death_n here_o for_o it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v cut_v off_o hereafter_o and_o so_o give_v a_o entrance_n into_o the_o everlasting_a kingdom_n where_o the_o king_n of_o righteousness_n be_v see_v know_v and_o worship_v in_o spirit_n the_o fundamental_a principle_n of_o the_o gospel_n this_o then_o be_v the_o message_n which_o we_o have_v hear_v of_o he_o and_o declare_v unto_o you_o that_o god_n be_v light_n and_o in_o he_o be_v no_o darkness_n at_o all_o 1_o joh._n 1.5_o the_o live_a spirit_n drink_v and_o so_o be_v nourish_v up_o to_o eternal_a life_n q._n but_o have_v adam_n this_o food_n to_o feed_v on_o and_o be_v this_o to_o be_v the_o food_n of_o the_o gentile_n mind_n and_o what_o god_n speak_v now_o to_o man_n if_o that_o be_v man_n life_n adam_n have_v much_o more_o of_o it_o before_o his_o fall_n and_o for_o the_o jew_n moses_n tell_v they_o the_o word_n be_v nigh_o they_o in_o their_o heart_n and_o in_o their_o mouth_n and_o paul_n also_o tell_v the_o christian_n so_o so_o that_o the_o word_n be_v not_o far_o from_o any_o man_n but_o man_n ear_n be_v general_o stop_v against_o it_o by_o the_o subtlety_n of_o the_o serpent_n which_o at_o first_o deceive_v they_o q._n but_o do_v not_o the_o jew_n seek_v for_o eternal_a life_n in_o read_v and_o study_v the_o scripture_n under_o their_o dispensation_n and_o do_v not_o the_o christian_n now_o seek_v for_o life_n and_o to_o feed_v on_o life_n a._n yea_o they_o do_v and_o do_v in_o their_o own_o way_n but_o they_o refuse_v it_o in_o god_n way_n thus_o adam_n after_o he_o have_v eat_v of_o the_o tree_n of_o knowledge_n will_v have_v feed_v on_o the_o tree_n of_o life_n also_o but_o he_o be_v shut_v out_o then_o and_o so_o be_v christian_n now_o and_o if_o ever_o they_o will_v feed_v on_o the_o tree_n of_o life_n they_o must_v loose_v their_o knowledge_n they_o must_v be_v make_v blind_a and_o be_v lead_v to_o it_o by_o a_o way_n that_o they_o know_v not_o q._n this_o be_v too_o mysterious_a for_o i_o give_v i_o the_o plain_a literal_a knowledge_n of_o the_o scripture_n a._n be_v not_o the_o substance_n a_o mystery_n be_v not_o the_o life_n there_o the_o letter_n of_o any_o dispensation_n kill_v it_o be_v the_o spirit_n alone_o that_o give_v life_n a_o man_n may_v read_v the_o the_o soul_n underneath_o be_v lean_a barren_a hungry_a and_o unsatisfied_a which_o when_o it_o awake_v it_o will_v feel_v q._n but_o may_v not_o the_o dead_a spirit_n be_v well_o imagine_v mystery_n in_o every_o thing_n and_o feed_v thereon_o a._n yea_o it_o may_v and_o the_o error_n here_o be_v great_a than_o the_o former_a but_o in_o wait_v in_o the_o humilty_a and_o fear_n to_o have_v the_o true_a eye_n open_v and_o the_o true_a mystery_n reveal_v to_o the_o humble_a and_o honest_a heart_n and_o in_o receive_v of_o that_o in_o the_o demonstration_n of_o the_o spirit_n out_o of_o the_o wisdom_n of_o the_o flesh_n here_o be_v no_o error_n but_o the_o true_a knowledge_n which_o spring_v from_o life_n and_o bring_v life_n q._n how_o may_v i_o come_v at_o this_o mystery_n a._n there_o be_v but_o one_o key_n can_v open_v it_o but_o one_o hand_n can_v turn_v that_o key_n and_o but_o one_o vessel_n but_o one_o heart_n but_o one_o spirit_n which_o can_v receive_v the_o knowledge_n q._n how_o may_v i_o come_v by_o that_o heart_n a._n as_o thou_o be_v touch_v with_o the_o enemy_n do_v let_v he_o in_o and_o do_v not_o thrust_v he_o by_o with_o the_o power_n of_o that_o life_n which_o land_n of_o life_n and_o perfect_a liberty_n q._n but_o can_v i_o do_v any_o thing_n towards_o my_o own_o salvation_n a._n of_o thyself_o thou_o can_v not_o but_o in_o the_o power_n of_o he_o that_o work_v both_o to_o will_v and_o to_o do_v thou_o may_v do_v a_o little_a at_o first_o and_o as_o that_o power_n grow_v in_o thou_o thou_o will_v be_v able_a to_o will_v more_o and_o to_o do_v more_o even_o until_o nothing_o become_v too_o hard_o for_o thou_o and_o when_o thou_o have_v conquer_v all_o suffer_v all_o perform_v all_o thou_o shall_v see_v and_o be_v able_a understand_o to_o say_v thou_o have_v do_v nothing_o but_o the_o eternal_a virtue_n life_n and_o power_n have_v wrought_v all_o in_o thou_o q._n i_o perceive_v by_o what_o be_v say_v that_o there_o be_v a_o saviour_n one_o the_o light_n that_o come_v from_o he_o nor_o he_o from_o who_o the_o light_n come_v and_o so_o notwithstanding_o the_o light_n be_v so_o near_o they_o remain_z stranger_n to_o it_o and_o unsaved_a christ_n know_v in_o and_o by_o the_o light_n
to_o the_o least_o appearance_n of_o his_o light_n in_o their_o heart_n they_o do_v it_o unto_o he_o yea_o our_o lord_n christ_n at_o this_o very_a day_n be_v as_o real_o crucify_v in_o their_o a_o knowledge_n which_o will_v humble_v thou_o and_o cleanse_v thy_o heart_n but_o a_o knowledge_n which_o will_v puff_n thou_o up_o and_o fit_v thou_o for_o the_o slaughter_n while_o thou_o be_v from_o the_o light_n thou_o can_v not_o know_v the_o scripture_n nor_o the_o power_n of_o god_n but_o art_n exalt_v thy_o own_o imagination_n conceiving_n and_o reason_v about_o the_o sense_n of_o advice_n let_v thy_o religion_n be_v to_o feel_v the_o pure_a principle_n of_o life_n in_o the_o pure_a vessel_n of_o life_n for_o the_o eye_n must_v be_v pure_a that_o see_v the_o life_n and_o the_o heart_n that_o receive_v it_o and_o faith_n be_v a_o pure_a mystery_n and_o it_o be_v only_o hold_v in_o a_o pure_a conscience_n know_v that_o in_o thou_o that_o purify_v thou_o and_o then_o thou_o know_v christ_n and_o the_o father_n and_o the_o spirit_n and_o as_o that_o life_n and_o grow_v up_o in_o thou_o so_o shall_v thou_o know_v their_o dwell_a place_n and_o partake_v of_o their_o life_n
