sight_n and_o good_a lord_n suffer_v not_o my_o soul_n to_o perish_v which_o thou_o have_v buy_v so_o dear_o with_o thy_o most_o precious_a blood_n for_o the_o which_o great_a mercy_n sake_n of_o thou_o heretofore_o show_v unto_o i_o have_v mercy_n on_o i_o continual_o and_o make_v i_o poor_a in_o spirit_n and_o low_a of_o heart_n and_o content_a with_o my_o vocation_n submit_v myself_o whole_o into_o thy_o hand_n so_o that_o my_o desire_n may_v be_v to_o thy_o will_n and_o that_o no_o desire_n remain_v in_o i_o but_o only_o to_o do_v thy_o will_n and_o pleasure_n and_o grant_v i_o beseech_v thou_o that_o i_o may_v have_v none_o other_o trust_v but_o only_o in_o thou_o which_o art_n only_o to_o be_v trust_v and_o all_o trust_v itself_o and_o none_o beside_o thou_o grant_v lord_n not_o only_o a_o forgiver_n but_o also_o a_o revenger_n not_o only_o a_o saviour_n but_o also_o a_o judge_n and_o as_o thou_o be_v a_o father_n a_o forgiver_n and_o a_o saviour_n do_v pardon_v and_o show_v mercy_n so_o thou_o be_v a_o lord_n a_o revenger_n and_o a_o judge_n punish_v and_o condemne_v neither_o do_v thy_o holy_a scripture_n only_o set_v forth_o unto_o we_o a_o gospel_n which_o comfort_v we_o quicken_v we_o show_v we_o glad_a and_o joyful_a tiding_n forgive_v our_o sin_n and_o quiet_v our_o conscience_n and_o bring_v we_o unto_o everlasting_a life_n but_o also_o a_o law_n which_o reprove_v accuse_v condemn_v we_o wound_v and_o slay_v our_o conscience_n yea_o and_o throw_v we_o down_o headlong_o into_o the_o deep_a dungeon_n of_o hell_n and_o as_o the_o holy_a gospel_n lift_v we_o uppe_o and_o make_v we_o glad_a with_o the_o hope_n of_o remission_n and_o forgiveness_n of_o our_o sin_n so_o do_v the_o law_n pluck_v we_o down_o and_o almost_o drive_v we_o unto_o desperation_n for_o fear_n of_o thy_o plague_n and_o everlasting_a punishment_n so_o that_o we_o not_o only_o love_v thou_o as_o a_o father_n a_o forgiver_n a_o saviour_n but_o also_o fear_v thou_o as_o a_o lord_n a_o revenger_n a_o judge_n for_o asmuch_o therefore_o o_o most_o gracious_a god_n and_o merciful_a saviour_n and_o most_o righteous_a judge_n as_o this_o do_v so_o mighty_o put_v away_o sin_n and_o make_v we_o to_o walk_v in_o the_o way_n of_o thy_o commandment_n namely_o reverent_o to_o fear_v thou_o and_o to_o stand_v in_o awe_n
to_o everlasting_a blessedness_n through_o christ_n jesus_n amen_n a_o prayer_n against_o worldly_a carefulness_n o_o most_o dear_a and_o tender_a father_n our_o defender_n and_o nourisher_n endue_v raign_a world_n without_o end_n amen_n a_o prayer_n against_o the_o devil_n iesu_n christ_n our_o lord_n which_o by_o the_o mouth_n of_o thy_o holy_a apostle_n s._n peter_n do_v say_v that_o our_o adversary_n the_o devil_n go_v about_o like_o a_o roar_a lion_n seek_v who_o he_o may_v devour_v we_o know_v the_o truth_n of_o this_o by_o our_o own_o experience_n and_o feel_v that_o he_o be_v busy_a and_o fierce_a and_o break_v in_o upon_o we_o so_o that_o if_o thou_o help_v not_o he_o will_v soon_o deceive_v we_o with_o his_o craft_n overturn_v we_o with_o his_o might_n and_o with_o his_o cruelty_n tear_v we_o in_o piece_n but_o if_o thou_o which_o have_v vanquish_v he_o will_v appear_v but_o as_o it_o be_v a_o far_o off_o thou_o will_v make_v he_o afraid_a and_o with_o thy_o only_a look_n put_v he_o to_o slight_v vouchsafe_v o_o lord_n to_o receive_v we_o into_o thy_o tuition_n be_v but_o infant_n weak_a feeble_a and_o unskilful_a lest_o the_o â—â—â—rce_n and_o cruel_a beast_n all_o to_o tear_v we_o yea_o give_v we_o grace_v always_o not_o only_o to_o bear_v before_o we_o the_o sword_n of_o the_o spirit_n in_o our_o sight_n and_o to_o tarry_v it_o in_o our_o hand_n but_o also_o courageous_o to_o use_v it_o as_o from_o thou_o that_o so_o our_o enemy_n may_v well_o know_v that_o we_o do_v our_o business_n by_o thy_o counsel_n aid_n and_o strength_n and_o in_o thy_o power_n may_v be_v put_v to_o flight_n to_o thy_o glory_n and_o our_o everlasting_a comfort_n through_o christ_n amen_n a_o thanksgiving_n unto_o god_n for_o all_o his_o benefit_n we_o very_o humble_o thy_o bless_a will_n in_o all_o thing_n grant_v o_o lord_n for_o our_o body_n such_o a_o measure_n of_o necessary_a and_o needful_a sustenance_n that_o thereby_o we_o may_v be_v the_o better_o enable_v more_o free_o and_o heareful_o to_o serve_v thou_o and_o abound_v in_o all_o good_a work_n towards_o thy_o saint_n and_o servant_n here_o upon_o earth_n know_v that_o our_o goodness_n reach_v not_o to_o thou_o but_o to_o the_o excellent_a that_o be_v in_o the_o world_n who_o we_o beseech_v thou_o make_v we_o more_o and_o more_o to_o delight_v in_o and_o to_o love_v for_o thy_o sake_n give_v i_o grace_n o_o lord_n not_o only_o patient_o to_o bear_v and_o suffer_v our_o enemy_n and_o such_o as_o hate_v we_o together_o with_o the_o injury_n which_o they_o do_v lay_v upon_o we_o make_v good_a use_n of_o they_o for_o thy_o glory_n and_o our_o instruction_n but_o also_o unfaigned_o to_o forget_v and_o forgive_v whatsoever_o they_o have_v devise_v say_v or_o do_v against_o we_o even_o as_o we_o ourselves_o will_v glad_o obtain_v at_o thy_o merciful_a hand_n and_o feel_v in_o ourselves_o the_o free_a pardon_n and_o full_a forgiveness_n of_o all_o our_o transgression_n and_o for_o such_o temptation_n
