mercy_n of_o god_n god_n will_v send_v his_o spirit_n so_o far_o into_o the_o heart_n as_o it_o shall_v not_o betray_v itself_o to_o despair_n he_o will_v let_v such_o a_o beam_n into_o the_o soul_n as_o all_o the_o power_n of_o hell_n shall_v not_o quench_v when_o we_o neglect_v prayer_n and_o set_v upon_o duty_n in_o our_o own_o strength_n and_o in_o confidence_n of_o our_o own_o part_n if_o see_v spiritual_a thing_n experimental_o but_o though_o they_o know_v these_o thing_n in_o the_o brain_n yet_o secret_o intheir_o heart_n they_o make_v a_o scorn_n e_o of_o conversion_n &_o mortification_n and_o though_o for_o his_o call_n he_o may_v speak_v of_o these_o thing_n excellent_o and_o with_o admiration_n yet_o in_o particular_a he_o have_v no_o power_n of_o they_o in_o his_o heart_n it_o be_v good_a and_o comfortable_a to_o compare_v our_o condition_n with_o the_o condition_n of_o the_o man_n of_o the_o world_n for_o howsoever_o they_o may_v excel_v in_o riches_n and_o learning_n yet_o we_o have_v cause_n to_o bless_v god_n as_o christ_n say_v in_o the_o 11._o of_o saint_n matthew_n 25._o i_o thank_v thou_o o_o father_n lord_n of_o heaven_n and_o earth_n because_o be_v empty_a a_o poor_a man_n speak_v supplication_n it_o be_v not_o so_o easy_a a_o matter_n to_o pray_v as_o man_n think_v and_o that_o in_o regard_n of_o the_o unspiritualnesse_n of_o our_o he_o ought_v but_o he_o that_o be_v within_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n a_o child_n of_o god_n may_v pray_v and_o not_o be_v hear_v because_o at_o that_o time_n he_o may_v be_v a_o child_n of_o
