other_o who_o will_v pray_v only_o upon_o the_o lordsday_n as_o if_o god_n have_v a_o right_a to_o they_o then_o but_o not_o all_o the_o week_n after_o or_o when_o man_n perform_v some_o religious_a duty_n and_o not_o other_o will_v pray_v but_o not_o read_v scripture_n daily_o or_o pray_v and_o read_v the_o word_n but_o not_o take_v notice_n of_o those_o under_o their_o roof_n to_o instruct_v negligent_a in_o the_o manner_n of_o perform_v their_o duty_n and_o though_o they_o be_v formal_a and_o superficial_a and_o lazy_a and_o slothful_a in_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n yet_o they_o take_v little_a or_o no_o notice_n thereof_o indeed_o sometime_o they_o find_v some_o heat_n and_o warmth_n and_o this_o please_v they_o but_o at_o other_o time_n they_o be_v cold_a and_o liveless_a in_o their_o duty_n and_o this_o do_v not_o much_o displease_v they_o they_o can_v common_o pray_v as_o if_o they_o pray_v not_o and_o read_v as_o if_o they_o read_v not_o and_o wait_v on_o god_n without_o any_o suitable_a and_o considerable_a affection_n towards_o he_o and_o not_o be_v disturb_v at_o it_o these_o sudden_a heat_n at_o one_o time_n and_o cold_n at_o another_o time_n speak_v the_o body_n out_o of_o order_n and_z the_o soul_n not_o healthy_a the_o next_o thing_n to_o be_v explain_v be_v what_o be_v mean_v by_o allow_v themselves_o in_o partial_a omission_n and_o indeed_o the_o stress_n of_o the_o proposition_n depend_v on_o that_o to_o allow_v themselves_o in_o these_o partial_a omission_n note_v these_o two_o thing_n to_o know_v these_o partial_a omission_n to_o be_v sin_n and_o yet_o to_o continue_v in_o they_o without_o any_o great_a disturbance_n or_o trouble_n of_o spirit_n they_o must_v know_v that_o they_o be_v sin_n otherwise_o continuance_n in_o they_o will_v not_o argue_v a_o total_a want_n of_o grace_n or_o the_o predominant_a power_n of_o sensuality_n in_o the_o soul_n i_o doubt_v not_o but_o in_o many_o dark_a place_n of_o this_o nation_n there_o may_v be_v those_o who_o live_v in_o a_o total_a omission_n of_o some_o duty_n as_o pray_v with_o their_o family_n and_o a_o strict_a sanctification_n of_o the_o sabbath_n or_o who_o yet_o fear_n god_n in_o truth_n and_o make_v great_a conscience_n of_o their_o conversation_n these_o man_n neglect_v prayer_n and_o devote_v the_o sabbath_n whole_o to_o god_n etc._n etc._n because_o they_o do_v not_o know_v they_o to_o be_v their_o duty_n and_o where_o a_o man_n desire_n and_o endeavour_n to_o know_v his_o master_n will_n and_o live_v up_o to_o that_o light_n god_n have_v give_v he_o he_o may_v upon_o a_o general_a repentance_n expect_v pardon_n through_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n for_o
sin_n of_o ignorance_n but_o those_o who_o live_v under_o the_o clear_a and_o plain_a and_o full_a discovery_n of_o the_o gospel_n must_v know_v that_o these_o omission_n be_v sin_n their_o minister_n be_v not_o so_o ignorant_a or_o unfaithful_a as_o to_o leave_v they_o in_o the_o dark_a about_o such_o necessary_a duty_n therefore_o to_o he_o that_o know_v to_o do_v good_a and_o do_v it_o not_o
