in_o the_o commence_v of_o every_o suit_n at_o law_n we_o shall_v in_o the_o first_o place_n consider_v that_o by_o christian_a charity_n we_o be_v oblige_v to_o manage_v it_o with_o all_o possible_a calmness_n meekness_n and_o kindness_n forbear_v all_o manner_n of_o uncharitable_a invective_n bitter_a rail_n and_o malicious_a accusation_n of_o one_o another_o we_o shall_v quiet_o leave_v the_o matter_n to_o be_v fair_o and_o equal_o decide_v by_o a_o due_a course_n of_o law_n and_o the_o sentence_n of_o the_o judge_n and_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n we_o shall_v embrace_v one_o another_o with_o a_o friendly_a and_o courteous_a behaviour_n and_o amicable_o converse_v together_o it_o be_v without_o doubt_n lawful_a for_o any_o man_n to_o sue_v for_o what_o may_v be_v his_o own_o or_o what_o he_o think_v to_o be_v so_o especial_o if_o it_o be_v a_o matter_n of_o concern_v and_o will_v admit_v of_o no_o other_o decision_n but_o then_o to_o proceed_v in_o it_o with_o a_o rough_a
