at_o a_o clap_n so_o that_o we_o may_v be_v sure_a of_o the_o main_a so_o that_o by_o let_v they_o go_v we_o may_v take_v better_a hold_n of_o christ_n jesus_n in_o who_o we_o be_v sure_a to_o find_v with_o a_o infinite_a overplus_n whatsoever_o we_o lose_v for_o his_o sake_n my_o text_n be_v thus_o explain_v text._n i_o will_v contract_v the_o pith_n both_o of_o it_o and_o its_o explication_n doctrine_n in_o discover_v unto_o you_o what_o good_a reason_n our_o saviour_n have_v to_o exact_v so_o great_a a_o measure_n and_o high_a a_o pitch_n of_o love_n from_o all_o those_o who_o will_v be_v partaker_n of_o his_o redemption_n and_o sharer_n of_o his_o merit_n reason_n some_o of_o those_o reason_n i_o will_v specify_v and_o amplify_v in_o two_o consideration_n 1._o it_o will_v not_o stand_v either_o with_o the_o justice_n or_o wisdom_n of_o god_n the_o father_n to_o loose_v the_o glory_n of_o his_o everlasting_a mercy_n in_o his_o son_n by_o confer_v they_o upon_o such_o as_o do_v not_o perceive_v &_o acknowledge_v some_o outstrip_v excellency_n in_o they_o beyond_o all_o his_o temporal_a blessing_n indeed_o it_o be_v usual_a with_o god_n in_o his_o general_a providence_n justice_n may_v accept_v not_o with_o such_o a_o worthiness_n by_o which_o he_o may_v deserve_v christ_n christ_n for_o than_o he_o will_v have_v no_o need_n of_o he_o see_v that_o worthiness_n may_v whatsoever_o the_o magnifico_n of_o the_o earth_n be_v proud_a of_o it_o be_v a_o stupidity_n worse_o than_o any_o madness_n to_o conceive_v we_o esteem_v sufficient_o of_o such_o glorious_a hope_n if_o upon_o deliberate_a choice_n we_o make_v much_o but_o of_o any_o one_o endearment_n of_o this_o life_n which_o may_v any_o way_n hinder_v our_o assurance_n of_o they_o 2._o for_o our_o love_n unto_o the_o person_n of_o christ_n equity_n require_v that_o we_o shall_v love_v he_o with_o a_o love_n yet_o more_o overtop_v then_o either_o our_o ransom_n or_o inheritance_n and_o therefore_o it_o
