the_o person_n to_o who_o he_o pray_v be_v describe_v in_o such_o manner_n that_o thence_o we_o may_v easy_o understand_v what_o he_o pray_v although_o the_o adjunct_n of_o his_o prayer_n do_v for_o christ_n remain_v in_o heaven_n do_v so_o expiate_v our_o sin_n that_o by_o power_n grant_v he_o he_o remove_v all_o punishment_n from_o we_o and_o abolish_v all_o thing_n that_o may_v involve_v we_o in_o any_o punishment_n whence_o it_o appear_v that_o priestly_a office_n differ_v not_o real_o from_o his_o regal_a office_n but_o rational_o only_a for_o christ_n do_v not_o now_o real_o sake_n and_o therefore_o can_v but_o be_v affect_v with_o like_a sense_n of_o trouble_n at_o the_o trouble_n and_o pain_n of_o the_o innocent_a that_o suffer_v for_o his_o sake_n and_o therefore_o when_o they_o pray_v and_o cry_v unto_o he_o he_o will_v be_v ready_a in_o obedience_n to_o god_n to_o give_v they_o audience_n to_o hear_v and_o help_v they_o though_o he_o be_v a_o son_n he_n illustrate_v the_o matter_n ex_fw-la adversis_fw-la so_o great_a a_o conjunction_n of_o christ_n with_o god_n such_o a_o fatherly_a love_n of_o god_n towards_o he_o as_o be_v his_o only_a son_n may_v obedience_n in_o some_o other_o school_n then_o that_o of_o affliction_n yet_o it_o please_v god_n to_o choose_v this_o way_n and_o not_o spare_v he_o from_o the_o common_a condition_n of_o his_o brethren_n hence_o it_o be_v manifest_a how_o great_o god_n love_a mankind_n who_o will_v handle_v his_o own_o son_n so_o hardly_o to_o this_o end_n that_o have_v trial_n of_o suffer_v in_o his_o own_o person_n miseris_fw-la succurrere_fw-la discat_fw-la he_o may_v thereby_o learn_v to_o succour_v those_o in_o misery_n hence_o it_o appear_v also_o that_o god_n fatherly_a love_n to_o the_o approach_v by_o so_o much_o the_o more_o let_v we_o exhort_v one_o another_o by_o the_o day_n as_o the_o article_n the_o do_v intimate_v must_v be_v understand_v some_o certain_a day_n and_o that_o well_o know_v i._o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n and_o punishment_n for_o the_o disobedient_a which_o judgement_n see_v it_o be_v twofold_a we_o must_v needs_o understand_v a_o twofold_a day_n or_o time_n of_o it_o for_o we_o may_v take_v it_o both_o for_o the_o time_n of_o god_n take_v vengeance_n upon_o the_o jew_n in_o the_o final_a destruction_n of_o jerusalem_n and_o also_o for_o the_o last_o day_n of_o the_o whole_a world_n at_o the_o final_a destruction_n of_o the_o world_n the_o approach_n of_o that_o former_a day_n they_o may_v easy_o perceive_v both_o from_o the_o sign_n foretell_v by_o christ_n and_o also_o from_o the_o prediction_n of_o those_o prophet_n who_o live_v in_o those_o time_n in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n the_o approach_n of_o this_o latter_a day_n every_o man_n see_v though_o not_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o whole_a world_n and_o of_o the_o present_a age_n yet_o every_o man_n see_v it_o in_o respect_n of_o himself_o for_o as_o death_n be_v always_o approach_v unto_o every_o one_o of_o we_o and_o the_o term_n of_o every_o man_n life_n draw_v near_a so_o also_o thereby_o every_o man_n last_o day_n do_v approach_v and_o draw_v near_o not_o only_o because_o after_o death_n there_o shall_v be_v no_o change_n in_o respect_n of_o our_o salvation_n and_o damnation_n but_o also_o because_o that_o whole_a time_n intercurrent_a between_o the_o last_o moment_n of_o our_o life_n and_o the_o last_o judgement_n be_v none_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o dead_a for_o when_o we_o be_v dead_a and_o thereby_o void_a of_o all_o sense_n of_o time_n the_o last_o moment_n of_o our_o life_n depart_v and_o the_o first_o moment_n of_o our_o life_n return_v for_o return_v it_o shall_v at_o the_o last_o judgement_n will_v seem_v one_o and_o the_o same_o to_o we_o at_o our_o rise_n again_o to_o life_n they_o who_o lie_v in_o a_o deep_a sleep_n be_v not_o sensible_a of_o the_o time_n that_o pass_v though_o the_o time_n be_v very_o long_o and_o death_n be_v punishment_n and_o damnation_n therefore_o such_o man_n be_v say_v to_o look_v for_o judgement_n metaphorical_o because_o for_o certain_a a_o judgement_n remain_v unto_o they_o or_o metonymical_o because_o they_o ought_v to_o look_v for_o it_o this_o expectation_n or_o look_v for_o be_v call_v fearful_a in_o regard_n of_o the_o object_n because_o the_o judgement_n or_o punishment_n look_v for_o or_o remain_v to_o they_o be_v for_o the_o greatness_n of_o it_o horrible_a and_o fearful_a and_o fiery_a indignation_n in_o these_o word_n he_o express_v what_o the_o fearful_a judgement_n or_o punishment_n shall_v be_v that_o remain_v to_o such_o as_o sin_v wilful_o after_o their_o knowledge_n of_o the_o faith_n namely_o they_o shall_v be_v catch_v and_o devour_v by_o a_o extreme_a hot_a fire_n whereinto_o god_n will_v cast_v they_o in_o his_o indignation_n there_o be_v no_o doubt_n but_o by_o these_o word_n be_v signify_v that_o last_o judgement_n or_o punishment_n which_o in_o the_o
