always_o equal_a and_o like_a unto_o himself_o objection_n this_o be_v no_o full_a satisfaction_n to_o the_o first_o question_n propose_v by_o the_o which_o it_o be_v demand_v how_o some_o man_n may_v judge_v in_o himself_o that_o he_o have_v the_o holy_a ghost_n to_o discern_v one_o book_n to_o be_v the_o holy_a scripture_n and_o another_o not_o but_o apocrypha_fw-la and_o how_o he_o may_v do_v also_o open_a the_o ear_n of_o the_o other_o to_o listen_v to_o his_o word_n and_o the_o heart_n to_o believe_v it_o &_o to_o be_v persuade_v thereof_o so_o that_o between_o the_o master_n and_o the_o scholar_n between_o the_o teacher_n and_o the_o hearer_n when_o they_o be_v both_o furnish_v and_o enlighten_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n there_o be_v always_o one_o mutual_a consent_n to_o acknowledge_v one_o another_o objection_n such_o certainty_n be_v a_o great_a incertainty_n and_o there_o be_v not_o any_o of_o what_o sect_n soever_o which_o do_v not_o assure_v himself_o to_o have_v in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n which_o say_v s._n paul_n be_v columna_fw-la &_o firmamentum_fw-la 15._o veritatis_fw-la the_o pillar_n &_o ground_n of_o truth_n and_o a_o thing_n it_o be_v to_o be_v well_o consider_v that_o they_o be_v more_o certain_a of_o the_o assistance_n of_o the_o lord_n in_o one_o particular_a person_n then_o in_o the_o church_n universal_a and_o where_o they_o say_v that_o to_o know_v the_o truth_n the_o holy_a spirit_n assist_v as_o well_o every_o member_n of_o the_o church_n as_o the_o whole_a church_n by_o that_o may_v a_o man_n conclude_v that_o the_o particular_a faithful_a can_v never_o err_v &_o that_o the_o
particular_a faithful_a man_n shall_v be_v aswell_o the_o pillar_n of_o truth_n as_o the_o universal_a church_n moreover_o in_o make_v of_o particular_a revelation_n of_o like_a weight_n with_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o church_n they_o plain_o contradict_v the_o 4._o article_n of_o their_o confession_n of_o faith_n where_o it_o be_v thus_o write_v we_o acknowledge_v those_o book_n to_o be_v canonical_a and_o very_o certain_a rule_n of_o our_o faith_n not_o so_o much_o by_o the_o common_a consent_n and_o agreement_n of_o the_o church_n as_o by_o the_o testimony_n and_o inward_a the_o certainty_n thereof_o and_o in_o the_o confession_n mention_n be_v make_v of_o the_o revelation_n of_o god_n his_o spirit_n which_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o the_o church_n consent_n which_o do_v holy_a scripture_n for_o very_o certain_a it_o be_v that_o revelation_n go_v before_o the_o word_n and_o scripture_n and_o as_o it_o appear_v in_o the_o text_n of_o the_o confession_n as_o every_o fail_v when_o the_o holy_a ghost_n do_v leave_v they_o by_o that_o we_o may_v conclude_v that_o we_o must_v not_o infallible_o rest_v on_o the_o pretend_a inspiration_n of_o particular_a person_n because_o we_o may_v doubt_v of_o they_o whether_o they_o be_v destitute_a of_o god_n his_o spirit_n or_o no_o which_o can_v be_v do_v of_o the_o church_n wherefore_o more_o sure_a it_o be_v to_o stay_v upon_o the_o church_n infallable_o govern_v by_o the_o holy_a ghost_n then_o upon_o private_a pretend_a inspiration_n and_o so_o do_v the_o catholic_n therein_o never_o follow_v their_o that_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v communicate_v to_o the_o particular_a member_n of_o the_o church_n only_o let_v they_o see_v in_o the_o 1._o cor._n 2._o where_o express_o it_o be_v say_v that_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v communicate_v to_o the_o choose_a to_o know_v and_o discern_v the_o thing_n which_o be_v of_o god_n and_o in_o isaiah_n 55._o the_o lord_n do_v promise_v to_o shed_v his_o spirit_n upon_o the_o faithful_a as_o water_n upon_o the_o earth_n and_o in_o joel_n likewise_o the_o second_o and_o jeremie_n 34._o and_o the_o 1._o epistle_n of_o saint_n john_n
