manifest_a that_o the_o great_a part_n have_v no_o such_o gift_n so_o to_o minister_v the_o office_n of_o the_o church_n as_o may_v be_v to_o the_o discharge_n of_o the_o people_n the_o honour_n of_o god_n and_o of_o christianity_n yet_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n must_v be_v change_v as_o suppose_v that_o which_o we_o see_v be_v not_o the_o weakness_n and_o imperfection_n the_o falsehood_n the_o blasphemy_n the_o slander_n the_o sedition_n the_o schism_n that_o we_o have_v know_v vent_v in_o such_o prayer_n oblige_v we_o to_o conclude_v that_o there_o be_v no_o such_o gift_n in_o all_o minister_n at_o least_o not_o of_o god_n spirit_n and_o therefore_o that_o we_o must_v not_o forsake_v god_n church_n change_v the_o form_n that_o be_v rule_v by_o the_o pattern_n thereof_o and_o the_o eucharist_n to_o boot_v for_o the_o arbitrary_a prayer_n that_o every_o minister_n gift_n shall_v vent_v in_o the_o pulpit_n chap._n xvii_o the_o lord_n day_n observe_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o the_o church_n therefore_o other_o festival_n and_o time_n of_o fast_v be_v to_o be_v observe_v how_o place_n and_o person_n become_v qualify_v for_o god_n service_n preach_v not_o convertible_a with_o minister_a the_o sacrament_n time_n place_n person_n and_o thing_n consecrate_v to_o god_n service_n under_o the_o gospel_n ceremony_n signify_v by_o institution_n
